Um. Hi, Vatheon! I wanted to ask, since it's been on my mind a couple times since I got here. Do you guys have any spirits in your worlds? Like, that embody the elements and stuff? Back where I'm from, we have Summon Spirits--eight primary for the main elements, two that are way older, a third for the Kharlan Tree that supplies the world with mana, and [She falters just the tiniest bit, but it's over in less than a second.] a newer one that sees the hearts of people. Anyone have something similar? Or even something different! I guess you could also say this is also about how magic works in your worlds, if you don't have spirits like we do.

Yeah, that sounds pretty similar. You have to have elven blood in order to use magic in my world, since only people with elven blood can work with the mana outside their own bodies to cast spells--why I say only certain people can use magic. We can use the mana within ourselves to perform certain techniques referred to as artes.

What are the other elements? I've never heard of "death" being an element. For us, healing is a type of light magic.

As I said, it's closely attributed to darkness as it's opposite of holy or light magic in my world. Since where I come from, death and darkness are embodiments of evil while life and light are embodiments of good.

If we had people using eleven blood in my world, there wouldn't be many left. There are elves in my world, but only two exist currently. I would assume there were more in ancient times, but they either were killed by the Lord of Darkness or perished in another way. The dominating race in my world is mainly humans with monsters roaming about.

We don't really have "evil" or "good" embodied by the elements. Healing, since I used it before, is I think most commonly found in light spells, but there are also healing spells that use water and wind. A friend of mine, Zelos, would probably be able to tell you more about that since he can actually use magic. I can't use it outside of summoning.

But only two elves? Really? Wow, that's... That's kind of weird to hear. I think there are more humans in Aselia, too, but the only elves I've met were in Heimdall, which is hidden. There could be more places like that around.
