[The feed opens to the princess a great deal of the city would be familiar with at this point, smiling and waving to the camera.]
Hello, Vatheon. I hope everyone is feeling a little more themselves after last week? I had meant to do this sooner, but circumstances prevented it. I would like to introduce you all to my ancestor, Zelda.
[With that, she zooms the camera out a bit to show another girl, practically identical to her other than the fact that she has bangs.]
Hello, Vatheon! It’s nice to meet you.
[ The girl waves energetically to the camera. She has only been in the bubble for a few weeks, but she already feels at home with her new friends. It was cute seeing everyone running around as babies, too! But, like her descendant, she’s glad everyone’s back to normal as well. ]
I apologize if this is too confusing. We’re still trying to get used to it ourselves!
[The princess' smile grows sheepish.]
It is a bit confusing since we share a name and an appearance. To help differentiate, I will be wearing my tiara again. If anyone is ever speaking to both of us at the same time, please refer to me by title - "princess" - so as to minimize any confusion. Hyrule did not yet have a royal family in Zelda's time, so we will easily be able to know who you are referring to that way.
[ The newer Zelda nods. At least she’s finally gotten to the point where she stops visibly swooning whenever “Hyrule” is mentioned. (Hey, it’s been her dream to live on the Surface for a long time, okay.) ]
Or you can call me “Sky”, as some have already dubbed me. It doesn’t matter to me either way. If there’s anything I can do to make this easier, please- don’t hesitate to ask.
[Swooning is a legitimate reaction to have over Hyrule, First Zelda.]
Yes, by all means, if you have any questions for either of us, feel free to ask! We will be happy to answer.

[action]
If you get tired or would just like a change, we can switch. Or take a break.
[action]
Why don't we switch halfway? Ah, unless I am a bit too slow, then I suppose it would be faster to switch now.
[action]
[Indeed, she only reads of a dozen or so more lines before stopping.]
Alright, it's time to switch.

[The princess stands, then takes the data, noting the data they've gone through quickly while waiting for Kanaya to get settled.]

That should do it. Now I just press the button at the top there that looks like a graph and it should take care of the rest.
[Click.]

Oh no what happened? It worked last time!

[Zelda leans over her shoulder. Maybe she pressed the wrong button? No, this button just changes the color of the little slices...]
I am not certain a pie chart is particularly useful in this situation. All the information is still there though, yes? Maybe we should save it as it is so we don't lose that and try the other buttons.

[The file is quickly saved, and then she clicks on the graph. A context menu appears, filled with options to change colors, labels, and data selections. The last item is "graph types". She clicks that, and a list appears, with a small image preview of each type of graph. Scatter plot, Bar, Line, Histogram, 3D bar, Pie, Timeline, Radar, Donut, Column...]
[Kanaya is similarly bewildered by the options. Luckily, the images help: the timeline graph looks rather similar to the temperature graph she made before.]

[Zelda seems delighted. She actually knows what most of those graph types are too, since she's been catching up with her math since arriving here. She considers it important to be able to keep track of things in a way that people can read easily, especially since most of Hyrule is... not exactly educated.]

Yes. Last time it just worked the first time, but I guess your data looked different to it or something? At least it looks right now.
[She'll just... go ahead and save this then. And upload it. it's pretty easy, once you see how it's done. ]
When you want to update it, the only way I've figured it out is to delete the graph, add your new data, and then make the graph again.

[There's a word for handling things like this, isn't there? She's read it somewhere...]
I believe it is called troubleshooting.
RPing someone with very little computer skills... and I'm a CompSci Major. Wat do.
[*click* and a dialog box opens, showing files on Kanaya's SFC. ]
I don't really know how to get it to open the version on the database though.
[She starts clicking around, going into parent folders and other subfolders. No real progress there, as it's all just local files.]
no subject
[No way Zelda knows how to link the two versions or that that's even possible!]
Is there a way to look at files based on how recently you opened them?
no subject
[Kanaya goes right ahead and clicks on the open button to show the options. It shows a variety of files, but there seems to be two copies of the weather chart and two of the coral data. The filepaths are displayed beneath the names, revealing that one is the locally stored file, and one is the file on the database.]
Oh? I wonder if...
[She clicks the database file, and it opens in the editor.]
Yes! I think we can just make changes directly to the database file. It might be a good idea to download a copy of the database after each update though, to keep it safe.

[Weekly is good, right? Other events in the city seem to happen weekly.]
Saturday nights if there isn't a curse, Sunday night once it's over if there is?

[And besides, it's not like that's the only thing they can do together that might benefit from a more regular schedule...]

Wonderful! I had best get back home for now, though. Link's been asleep lately, and his chocobo gets antsy if I leave it all day.

[
Oh yeah baby, wearing those loose fitting sleeves. You know what I like.]
