[When the video flickers on, it's set next to one bare grey foot. There's a voice quietly humming, and a shift knocks the SFC to give a better view.

Mituna's sitting on one of the steeper parts of the island's coast, holding a large conch shell to his ear as he hums along to the tune he can hear inside it. He's looking out over the sea, eyes fixed on the horizon, the blustery wind whipping his hair up.

The tide is coming in, just visible in the corner of the video, but if he thinks that's a problem, he's not moving. It's just as likely that he hasn't actually noticed.]

[He gives an uneasy shrug. ]

Well, don't worry about it right now. Drink your honey and we'll play with the kitties first. And then we'll see!

[She reaches to pat his arm reassuringly, but stops half-way there. Whoops. She gets up to fetch them some cookies instead.]

Are you any warmer now?

[He watches her hand, but doesn't move his arm away, blinking curiously as she walks off instead. The cup is picked up with both hands and he sips it carefully, a soft 'click' as the edge hits against his teeth.]

Yeth.

[It's mumbled around the edge of the cup as he watches her.]

That's good! Be careful if you go up there again, okay?

[The plateful of chocolate chip cookies is placed in front of him, and she helps herself to one, giving him a smile.]

Ok.

[He hesitates, then sets the cup down carefully, scooting forwards to pick up one of the cookies. It's turned over in his hands, eyes peering out from behind his hair as he examines this strange new food. Then, he takes a curious bite and scatters a few crumbs as he tastes it.

... Yes, cookies are good.]

[Nepeta watches him eating it and then giggles, smiling just to watch him enjoying it so much. His eyes peeking out from beneath his dandelion puff of a hairstyle is the most adorable thing.]

You can have as many as you like! I can give you some to take home too if you want.

[He picks another two off the plate and sets them in front of him, one on top of the other while he finishes the one in his hand. A quick shake of his head moves his hair out of his eyes for a moment.]

[The crumbs are picked up off the table with his fingers before he licks them clean.]

[She huddles happily over her mug of tea, perfectly content to spend some time with him in silence. Mituna is surprisingly comfortable for her to be around, and she's happy to carry on like this until they've had all the tea, honey, and cookies that they can eat.]
