[Hey there Vatheon. Beautiful day isn't it? All seems calm by the plaza fountain... until out pops a blonde-haired boy with pointed ears. He's dressed in a green tunic and matching floppy hat. For all intents and purposes, he looks like Link at 12 years old. The boy wakes up and immediately panics.]

Where am I? Tetra! Tetra, where are you!

[He doesn't seem to realize that the SFC is on. For those in the Plaza, have a frightened 12 year old.]

Yeah, this part is underwater. If you take the elevator up there's an island you can go to. You can swim in the ocean too, but even up there if you go out far enough there's a barrier.
