[For those familiar with Dirk, they might notice something unusual about him today- for all that he usually wears shirts decorated with hats, he hasn't ever been a fan of wearing them. Until now, apparently, considering he's wearing one right now. It goes a long way toward making him look like Bro Strider, which is impressive, since they already look like clones.

I have to say, I'm impressed by the amount of whining we've gotten for a simple curse like this. Jesus shit, it's a minor one, calm your tits and deal.

And in one fell swoop you have earned yourself the "biggest idiot of the day so fart" award. Do no expect any trophy, plaque, or so much as a fancy certificate: the award is itself the knowledge of your own stupidity. Not being able to figure it out easily doesn't mean it isn't important, it just means I haven't figured it out yet. And who just accepts losing something courtesy of the whims of the scientists as something mild and unworthy of note?

Yes, this is far better than other curses we could have received, and what they gave me is pretty badass, but that's no reason to overlook that we still got things taken from us.

Compared to some of the shit they've given us, I'd call this a walk in the park. It'll still be over in a week or two, so complaining does fuck-all.

My point: not negated. Your observance of fact doesn't magically make this not annoying, and your insistence is as hollow as John Egbert's skull. And who ever said complaining has to accomplish something for it to be worthwhile? Airing the grievance itself accomplishes something as far as I'm concerned, as a vital expulsion of frustration in verbal form.
