Video - return of the paranoid princess
[Zelda doesn't have a smile for the network today. She looks stern, with more than a little worry just underneath the surface.]
Hello, Vatheon. I will keep this brief. As I'm sure you have all noticed by now, the coral's condition is continuing to decline. The barrier has begun to show the effects of this. The village up on the island has been fully restored, and I would recommend that you all evacuate as soon as possible. At the very least, please keep your tunics nearby.
In a few days measures will be taken to attempt to strengthen the coral again, but they are experimental. I would greatly prefer it if everyone had moved safely to the island by then. Thank you for your time.

I'll be moving a few important things. Let me know if you want me to take anything from your room while I'm at it.
But... know that I'll stay down here to help when and where I can.
Don't worry. I'll keep that tunic with me.

/Not here- I guess it could be open for action-
Well, Duke puts on the blue tunic under his coat, ignoring the probably terrible color combination, and moves to the library for a while.
Zelda probably would notice some heavy shielding going up around there, and a small flurry of magic as Duke sets to waterproofing books. ]

I know you restored the houses so that they're safe to live in but what about the island itself?
I wouldn't exactly call it a pinnacle of safety.
[...he's just going to be negatively biased towards that island forever.]

Is there any way I can help? The barriers I know won't be too effective at keeping water out, but if you have a plan then I can go along with that.

First and foremost I am concerned with getting people who do not wish to be endangered out of the city. If you could do your best to encourage those that you know to evacuate, I would appreciate that greatly. Once the population is secure we could certainly use help in trying to fix the coral. Do you have any background in healing, energy transfer, or placing long term enchantments?

Is your type of energy compatible with that of the coral?

[The idea of a sudden flood is pretty alarming to Honey. Not for herself, but the city itself. Wouldn't the rushing water destroy the place?]
[She knows it's distressing. The island isn't as comfortable, it doesn't have an infinite supply of food even if she has done her best to get a food supply ready. She's not going to not talk about this just because it's an uncomfortable topic, though.]

I believe there is a correlation, yes. The coral is responsible for a great many things here in Vatheon.

[ Watch, she's totally going to be the last person to know what's going down to fix this. ]

[Marie... yes, there she is on the residency list. Strange. Calling herself something related to death, lives at the villa, and yet Kid hasn't told her...?]
May I ask what sort of abilities a death scythe possesses?

My name is still Zelda, Grimmjow.
[He can curse all he likes, but he best call her by name!]
That's right, you do possess quite a lot of strength, don't you...
[Darkleer does too, but he may be working on another project. In that case!]
Do you think that you would be able to move a large chest freezer? I have someone looking for a portable generator, but that item is not quite so unwieldy.

You mean to say that if the corals declines anymore, this place is in serious trouble? I wish to help, if that is possible. Maybe if needs be help people evacuate.
video;
I would appreciate that very much, miss. I am particularly concerned about people who may be comatose at this point. If I sent you a copy of the residency list, would it be too much trouble for you to knock on doors and find out who all is awake?

His face when it finally appears on the SFC also looks grave but determined.]
What do you think is going to happen? Is the bubble going to break? How can I help?
[Man but he's glad he can speak again, though the loss of Nila was a little sad. She did promise she would see him again though, so there's that, and...
Well. He'd been terrified Sunday night, terrified that what had been granted by Hylia's power would vanish along with the curse. He'd spent the night curled in fear, hiding against Johnny as if he could be a shield against the coral taking it away.
But the morning came. And he's still whole. Two days out and he's still in one piece. He's starting to believe that, yes, maybe this really is permanent.
Still, there were more important - or at least more urgent things to discuss and Sola doesn't mention anything about his soul, other than to hold himself a little taller, to speak a little more decisively.]
Could you help people carry their belongings up to the island, Sola? I worry for people who may take too long otherwise.
[Sola is very good at delivering things. She won't hesitate to utilize that.]
