Hello, Vatheon. I will keep this brief. As I'm sure you have all noticed by now, the coral's condition is continuing to decline. The barrier has begun to show the effects of this. The village up on the island has been fully restored, and I would recommend that you all evacuate as soon as possible. At the very least, please keep your tunics nearby.

In a few days measures will be taken to attempt to strengthen the coral again, but they are experimental. I would greatly prefer it if everyone had moved safely to the island by then. Thank you for your time.

Getting out quick isn't a problem for me.

Do you have some sort of ability you believe may be able to help the coral?

Oh! Yes, that would actually be very much appreciated. I have someone who will be checking names on a list, but I've no doubt that there will be some stragglers. Are you capable of carrying people, or do you know how to operate a gurney? There may be some people who are comatose that we will not notice immediately.

I could carry people. It wouldn't be very far.

It is difficult to say. If it were to fail entirely, I believe we would all either be stuck here or sent home. I do not think it will fail to that extent, though. The evacuation is a cautionary measure so that it can be repaired without endangering anyone if there is a temporary malfunction.

...I have many dear friends here who cannot return to their homes. I will not allow the coral to die. We may be in for a rough ride, but this is not the end.
