He lands nearby, and folds his arms, scowling at the older troll for a few seconds, before he strides forward and raises his hand to pap his cheek]

[Ya no, avoiding looking at him. He turns his head and rubs a hand through his hair and against the back of his neck, sighing. The pap to his cheek is expected and he expression takes a turn for the worse after then, getting wearier.]

Don't look like that. [Sollux scoots a bit closer, hand still to Summoner's cheek, and wraps his other arm around him] I know I might not be able to make your problems go away, but that doesn't mean it doesn't help to talk about them, even if it's with me.

Yeah. [A lagged response, sighing as he closes his eyes, leaning his forehead against the top of Sollux's head.]

[Sollux closes his own eyes and just holds him for the moment, keeping his hands away from the sensitive wings]

Are we done with trying to break up?

[Silence, then-]

Yeah, uh, sorry.

[Relieved smile. He lifts his head and gives a little peck to Summoner's cheek, avoiding clocking his head on his horn.]

So are you going to tell me what happened to make you decide to do this?
