The shooting in question occurred around the winter near the town I grew up in. I wasn't a political figure by any means, but I did make quite a name for myself in the war seven years prior to that but I'd rather not go into those details right now. The point being, the soldiers giving me an escort wanted me dead. I must commend them on their attempt but I didn't survive that long just to be killed by a sniper of all things.
