For those of you who might give a fuck, Jake English is gone from the bubble again.
The kid's going to earn himself a title of flighty broad, at this rate.
Maybe the third time's the charm, if our "great and powerful God" deigns to deliver him a third time.
I rather suspect that it's too busy quoting Dirty Harry at us and our delightful circumstance.

But minus the whole aliens thing, it sounds a lot like what Gaea is trying to do to my world. We barely managed to stop her and the giants from completely destroying Rome. They were going to sink the entire city into the ground.

There's a story there that I'm sure as hell not familiar with.
Mind filling in the details there?

There's a lot of details, dude. But I'll summarize. There was a big war with the Titans last year. They were defeated. And now Gaea is waking and wants to reclaim the earth. So there's seven of us on a quest to stop her. This involves a lot of things, including two quests before the big quest we were on before we got here.

Anyway. The first place she wanted to raze was Rome. And these two giants whose names I am sure to mess up trying to spell, so I'm not gonna try, were orchestrating this big display where they would destroy the city of Rome with monsters and things before sinking it into the ground. The point being that if she can destroy the homes of the gods, it will be easier to destroy the gods themselves. We managed to stop that from happening. But that's not the last stop on the quest.

Jesus shit.
I guess it just figures, doesn't it. A demigod wouldn't get any kind of easy life.
But look at it this way, bro. At least you have a chance to do something about it.

Yeah, tell me about it. Even before I was aware of being a demigod my life sucked.

My world sure as hell didn't, thanks to SBURB.

I don't know how the hell me being a Prince of Heart got into it, but yeah, that's it.
Or SGRUB, if you're a troll.
Saving the world is not exactly a function of the game.
Hence why I'm not including it in the statistics.

It was during the curse. He compared the powers of my friends and I to Captain Planet. Something about you filling in for Heart if we didn't have one.
So what is the function of the game?

That's probably a question for someone who's gotten closer to the end of their session. Or who has a viable session at all.
But from what I know, it's meant to birth universes.

So destroying one to make another? That's a pretty messed up game.
