Has anyone had one of those moments when they believe to be good at something, only to realize there are people much better than you? It's hard to follow a young girls many dreams when there are more obstacles than one realizes.

Anyway, I'm basically saying I think I need some singing lessons, or even lessons on how to be an idol, if anyone is willing to lend me a hand?

There will be a few rules I have to have if you accept such as I will sleep in till 10 in the morning and I'm more of an active girl than a study girl, so that would mean no lessons that involve written work. Lessons where you have to sit at a desk for hours on end is boring and I don't understand why it's necessary.

So, if anyone is willing, I'll be happy to learn from you and I promise to do my best between this and planned cooking lessons.

A little, but not as much as you might think!

Well learning to actually read music is essential, so most lesson books for learning music will include how to read a musical scale, sharps and flats, and then whatever is needed to learn the instrument itself.

It's often more visual than textual, since the text really only informs the images of say... how to play a Eb on a flute, for example.

Yes, that's correct.

Any good talent takes time, practice and learning.
