Has anyone had one of those moments when they believe to be good at something, only to realize there are people much better than you? It's hard to follow a young girls many dreams when there are more obstacles than one realizes.

Anyway, I'm basically saying I think I need some singing lessons, or even lessons on how to be an idol, if anyone is willing to lend me a hand?

There will be a few rules I have to have if you accept such as I will sleep in till 10 in the morning and I'm more of an active girl than a study girl, so that would mean no lessons that involve written work. Lessons where you have to sit at a desk for hours on end is boring and I don't understand why it's necessary.

So, if anyone is willing, I'll be happy to learn from you and I promise to do my best between this and planned cooking lessons.

Well, wouldn't you want your student to pay attention, hm? I mean that's what teachers want in order for us to learn after all. They just fail at it.

While I see the value in written work, I agree it has no place in singing.

If I remember correctly, an 'idol' is someone who sings and dances, yes? I believe I might be able to help with those. Although, I'd recommended taking on more than one teacher as well, since styles and approaches vary.

Of course. Though some teachers would have written work for things that don't need it.

That's correct. Acting and modeling is another thing an idol can do as well, but I have that down pat. It's just the other bits I'm not confident in anymore. You'd really help me, thank you very much and I'll try and find at least one other and learn as best as I can.

I do. I can sing, dance and even have a little acting experience to. I wouldn't mind, in fact I would like people to see me. It means getting one step closer to my goal, after all.]

Do you honestly not know? Very well, I'll be happy to tell you. An idol is someone in Japan who can sing, dance, act and model. They are the eye candy to all the boys out there. It's a wonderful occupation to have really.

Honestly, the key piece of my solution was just not thinking about it too hard. Focus on your abilities, not those around you - except for how you can advance theirs, of course!

Have you thought about learning an instrument as well? Idols weren't common where I'm from, but the few that have been around were often well versed in many forms of musical entertainment.

I'm not sure how difficult it would be, but you could start with something easy and work your way up.

Or take lessons from some one.

Why thank you. Since I'm the goddess of beauty and love, it would be unusual if I wasn't beautiful. But as for my dream, it is what I hopefully will aspire to.
