10 [video] sorry for the fire
[In this video, there is a lot of smoke clogging up the view. A smoke detector is going off as well, so there is an annoying beeping throughout the video, or at least until someone goes to turn it off. But even after the person in the video- who looks like Leo, by the way, but is definitely acting different than Leo normally does- also goes and opens a window to let the smoke out of the room.
After taking care of those few tasks, the person in Leo's body finally turns their attention to the SFC.]
Okay, Leo? I could really really REALLY use some help right about now.
[As not!Leo says that, a towel in the background spontaneously catches on fire. Then not!Leo lets out a very unmanly scream as they turn to go put out the fire, knocking over the SFC and turning it off in the process.]

I'll be right over. Just. Go sit in the street before you catch anything else on fire. Okay? And calm down. Panicking is only gonna make it worse.
[As much as he's concerned for Nanaki, he knows she can't get burned while in his body, so really, the sensible thing is to make sure nothing else catches fire.
He keeps an eye on the SFC while he makes his way over to his place, but running with boobs is not as easy as he thought it would be. When he gets there a little out of breath, he sits down next to her.]
How do you girls run with these things?

[As weird as it is to be looking at her own body, Nanaki has bigger issues to worry about so she won't focus on that. Instead she's just grateful when she sees Leo running up to her while she's in the middle of the street.
It takes her a moment to realize what Leo is talking about, but when she does she just gives him a flat look and responds dryly.]
A really good sports bra helps.

[Leo had run there without even bothering to change out of her pjs because they seemed normal enough to wear outside. Long pj pants and a tank top. Nothing wrong with that.]
Sorry I brought it up. Anyway.
[He sighs. This would be much easier to explain if he was in his own body and could show her, but if that was the case he wouldn't need to. Talking to himself was nothing new, but this was like an out of body experience instead of mental monologueing.]
You're gonna have to learn how to use the fire before you can try preventing it from happening when you don't want to. We should probably move up to the beach.
[He looks at the house.]
Did you put out any of the fires? Or is it still burning up in there?
[He's never been more glad that his most important things are locked in the garage where no one can get them.]

I put it out first.
[What, you think she would just leave a fire burning like that? That's dangerous!
Which is why she wants to learn to control it, so she doesn't burn any buildings down.]
I'm okay with going to the beach, but do you want to get changed first?

I just had to make sure, okay?
[She seemed panicky, how was he supposed to know how cool she managed to keep.
He looks down at what he's wearing.]

[She really was panicked at first, so putting out the fire was more of an exercise in flailing things at the fire until it went out. Fortunately, that worked, and sitting out in the street helped her to calm down.
Also, there's a million things wrong with wearing pjs outside, but instead of pointing all those out she'll go with the simple route that should be easier to understand.]
Well, you just said it hurt to run, right? Changing into real clothes will help with that.

[Oh. Well, this presents an awkward situation. Changing Nanaki's clothes means seeing her naked. And seeing a friend naked when they're the opposite sex? Kind of a big thing.]
Can't I just stay in this all week?

[See, she hasn't realized that yet. She's not thinking of the fact that changing = getting naked.]
Why? I have plenty of clothes, and you'll have to shower and stuff eventually, so you might as well put on clean things then at the very least.

Yeah... about that. You do realize that means getting naked and stuff. Meaning I'm gonna be seeing everything that's under your clothes. Unless I like blindfold myself while getting changed.

I'm always paying attention, Davesprite. You should be cognizant of this by now. I thought it only fair to give you warning of where I might be found this week. Mainly because it might otherwise look odd to see Kanaya's body entering and exiting my apartment on a frequent basis, as I am sure you would have noticed at some point given the proximity of our apartments.
[She turns her attention to Nanaki.]
