Hello, Vatheon. One of the new arrivals this cycle is extremely dangerous and capable of inflicting a sort of mental attack on those that stand against him, bringing their fears to life. He is very unstable. I am speaking about the Grand Highblood, the one who posted a video just yesterday saying "I can see you".

I have not experienced his powers personally, but I was warned against engaging him very strongly the last time he was present. I now pass this warning along to anyone who was not aware. Be very cautious if you choose to do so anyway.

The other trolls handled it last time. I am not entirely sure what they did. That is probably for the best, it wouldn't do to have the method leaked to him.

For myself? No. But there are a surprising number of innocents in this city, and many people with delicate psyches. I fear for them.

So, are you saying that you're not innocent?

[She doesn't consider herself to be, at least. She threw her country into turmoil and allowed all the Sages to sacrifice themselves, that doesn't qualify as innocent any longer.]

Oh! Don't misunderstand me, I don't plan on fighting him. I think that is best left to those that have a deeper knowledge of his power. I just wanted to warn others against antagonizing him unnecessary.

Same here. The main city itself I believe I have looked over for the most part, but the additions I am less familiar with.
