How many of you here in this city know how to fight? I'm going to get rusty at this rate. Anyone who has a bone structure so weak that they can't withstand the pressure of the ocean outside unaided need not apply. I'd prefer those that know how to use their ki, but any physical fighter will do. If your weapon does all your fighting for you, don't bother. I want someone with a strong body.

[Vegeta lands, looking like he really doesn't want to fight. He studies Amaterasu carefully. She's a powerful looking animal to be sure, and far more intelligent than most dogs, but...

...but she's so cute! He grimaces, sinking into a fighting stance of his own.]

[Ammy snarls, tail thrashing and fangs bared. COME AT ME BRO! She is so ready!]

[He draws his ki up around him and flies at her, aiming a... actually somewhat gentle kick for her side. It's still much harder than most humans could muster, but for Vegeta it's like a love tap.]

[Ammy, in all her speed and flexibility, twists out of the way, and twists to strike at him. There is a mysterious force that will strike him - her reflector, a divine weapon he won't be seeing until he devoutly believes in the gods of her origin.

As it is, it may simply come off as energy manipulation, because she keeps applying the pressure, twisting and seemingly "swinging" this blunt, invisible object.]

[He's quite confused, being hit by something invisible. Vegeta doesn't believe in gods one bit, and so he doesn't see a thing. He shoots a few ki blasts at the ground around Amaterasu's feet, trying to get her to let up on... whatever the thing she's doing is.]

Should've sent Ammy to find it!!! FETCH QUEST

[It lessens the number of times she lands any sort of hit, as she swiftly dodges, but she presses further in, employing more tackles to knock him off balance, and simple scratches with her claws.

SHE IS A WORTHY OPPONENT!!]

[She actually IS, and Vegeta is boggled. He flies up, hopefully out of range of whatever she's hitting him with. Cute or not, he's been hit now and he's starting to want to fight back. This time he sends a larger blast hurtling directly towards her.]

[Something mind-boggling might happen! It appears as though she ducks her head, and what he won't see is the reflector on her back swinging up to block the energy. It slams into an invisible force, seemingly, and dissipates.]

[What the fuck, Ammy? Vegeta does not like this. Since coming to Vatheon he's run into all sorts of absolutely bizarre opponents.

Fine. She's strong. She can't deflect his blasts forever. He flies around her in a rapid circle, pelting the spot she's currently standing in with multiple attacks.]

[You need to expand your field of experience, if this stuff is taking you off guard!!

Speaking of off guard, Ammy is certainly not so. Instead of deflecting, a tree sprouts randomly from the earth and is struck, the leaves flying everywhere and obscuring the view.]

[It's her cuteness that throws him off! This new development of TREES pushes him further into being able to fight properly though. He forms a destructo disc (ki with sharp cutting edges) and hurls it down towards her defensive tree barrier.]

[The trees splinter, and the flurry of leaves eventually settles. But where did Ammy go...?]

[Where DID Ammy go? What the hell is she? She's not a normal dog, not even close. He looks around worriedly for any movement.]

[Suddenly, from behind!! She leaped from a rooftop to tackle Vegeta mid-air.]

[saiyan_prince]

[He spins around to catch her. Vegeta's very sensitive about being approached from behind. Still, he looks quite surprised and nearly moves to throw her to the ground before deciding he can't do it, holding her awkwardly.]

[...Well this is awkward

Ammy just sort of... waits... to be dropped.]

[The prince lands and sets her down, looking irritated.]

[Oh, that vendor knows Ammy by now. She receives her own chain of sausages, which she starts chowing down on and gets herself tangled up in almost immediately.

[And Saiyan heaven. He only needs one hand to stuff his face with those hot dogs, so don't mind him if he reaches down to pat her head a bit. ~Fluffy softness~!]

[He shifts around after finishing his hot dogs, looking highly uncomfortable.]
