[Denzel is standing with his back to the camera; he's working on some kind of complex equations, in his thought bubble. So, too must people really random babble but seems to have something to do with the thought bubble itself, which seems to be weighting Denzel down and making the man slouch over more. For a moment there's a thought bubble in his thought bubble.]

FAIRIES! [A quick glimpse of an FOP fairy with a wand, crown and wings and a floating crowny thing before Crocker falls to the floor with his twitch] OW!

[Rubbing his side before a cross out sign appears over the fairy in the thought bubble and continues to move with weight of the thought bubble on his shoulders. A calendar with the month of March appears in the thought bubble. Before a Crocker himself groans. Followed by a birthday cake and then the words 'psychotic moron' which he shakes his head quickly and erasing the thoughts inside the thought bubble. Then there's a lightbulb, then with '53 /= 54?']

[Zelda blinks at the post, looking curious.]

Is it your birthday?

[exclamation point in the thought bubble, as Denzel eyes around] Where? Who?!

How'd did this get on?

Ah, your thought bubble...

[Zelda tries to indicate the bubble floating near Mr. Crocker, then gives up and points to her own.]

They display people's thoughts.

Yes... I noticed that. FAIRIES! I mean - CURSE!

Does your feel like it's weighing you down?

And yes, it's my birthday.

I see! Shall I bring you something? I know where to get a good cake!

[Though in Mr. Crocker's case, she probably won't play the trick candles game...]

Well.. I haven't exactly ever had one. Ever.

[Why yes, the background behind her IS moving. It looks like Zelda's going somewhere.]

[He nods] [The thought bubble shows a picture of a younger him and a red haired woman and the two sharing a milkshake] I didn't have many friends... and let's not get into mother.

Where are you going? [Before the thought bubble is a picture of his house with a question mark, along the lines of does she know where I live?]

[Are you kidding, Crocker? This is Zelda. She's got goddess-tier creeping skills. And, you know... Vatheon's residency list makes finding someone simple. But no, it appears that she's visiting the bakery first.]

Oh, nowhere. Do have a good day.

[Disconnect!]

THANK YOU! [Slight spazz, at the sign off he gets worried. Oh noes, is she coming here? What do I do? Eggman warned me about our secert plans and if those got out... Runs around his white boards to check for anything and erase]

[She sure is coming there! Zelda arrives not half an hour later with a small to medium sized cake and knocks, waiting politely.]

[Denzel hears the door knock and falls down the stairs.] OW! [Where he was lying for a moment or two.] Coming! [Slowly pulling himself together opens the front door. He's rubbing his hunch back]

[She wasn't sure if he enjoys sweets or not, so half of the cake is a mild white cake with vanilla frosting, and the other half is a much sweeter yellow cake with chocolate frosting. She smiles at him brightly.]

Happy birthday!

[Pressing his glasses on and gives her a creepy smile]

THANK YOU! [Spazzing himself to the floor] Ow! [Rubbing his back while on the floor looks up at her]

I don't understand why you're so nice to me. Would you like to come in?

[She seems to be recalling it in her thoughts. Dipping her head to him, she steps inside.

[His thought bubble is a question mark to the dip to him. When a handshake symbol forms in his head with a question next to that. He sees her thought bubble]

No, I don't. [A picture of his mother is in his thought bubble with the number 53 years next to that]

[She tries to not show the pity that his statement makes her feel by focusing on the messes instead, setting her cake down on the table.]

Well, I suppose that it is your birthday. I can just clean up a bit.

[The princess raises her arms over her head and the messes leap to life in a scene not unlike the one in the Sword and the Stone, dishes washing themselves, clothing walking its way to the laundry room and all.]

I will teach you how to do it properly another time. Shall we have a piece?

No, no. It doesn't bother - me.

[He stares at the objects coming to life] FAIRIES! [Twitch twitch. Short pause, oh right it was her. He really needs to kick that habit. Though he does seem to be staring at the objects cleaning themselves]

How long did it take you to learn that? Oh! Yes! The cake! [Frantically goes to get some clean plates, knife and some forks]

A few years. I always felt badly about the maids cleaning my room, so I worked on an already existing spell until I got results.

[Ahh, childhood. She smiles at the thought.]

I can clean by hand as well if I need to, but... this is preferable.

[Zelda is not so sure about what might be in those piles of dirty clothes. She waits patiently for Crocker to find some clean dishes.]

[What's in the pile of dirty clothes? More dirty clothes! Which animate to life. Finally, he finds some clean dishes and walks over to Zelda but pauses Crocker can't help but watch all of this.]

Won't you have a seat? [Where were his manners? Placing the plates and utensils down. The magical cleaning was distracting]

My apologies. Would you like some - COFFEE!?

[Slight spazz]

Well, I don't know how to clean by hand...

[What did his parents teach him?!, her thoughts read. Zelda was a sheltered princess for the first ten years of her life (no, literally, a princess) and she still knew how to clean up after herself. She takes the offered seat, making a dumbfounded expression.

This can not stand. This is an affront to the hygiene of the entire city!]

Shall I teach you, then?

Would be better then dishes and clothes just piling up, I suppose.

[With a quick wave of her hand, she calls a few tiny magical flames to float over the cake and promptly sings the Happy Birthday song. It seems that she's pretty shameless about things like this! At least she has a soothing voice.]

Thank - [Have some wide eyes at the floating cake and magical flaming candles and he keeps eyeing the cake intently until she starts singing, where he begins to relax.]

[Was he so exhausted that just a short song puts him to sleep? Zelda's torn between amusement and concern.]

If you're tired enough that such a quick song puts you to sleep, perhaps we should have the cake another time. I won't be offended if you need to go to bed.

[And indeed, she doesn't seem offended at the idea, just smiling pleasantly.]

[Before he start slicing the cake]

[Zelda waits patiently for him to finish cutting the cake, hands folded in front of her.]

[A slice goes on a plate for her and him. He's about to take a bite when. There's a pause. As a certain pink hatted buck tooth child flashes in his thoughts]

Teacher, why?

No! How dare you think of comparing, I, Mr. Denzel Crocker to those scientists [like it's a swear word before he goes off thinking of his younger self being laughed by a bunch of scientists. During which Crocker drops his fork and covers his ears] STOP IT! STOP THE LAUGHING!

[Goddesses, that was not the reaction she expected. Zelda takes a bite while she thinks of what to say.]

I apologize. Perhaps the word has different connotations on our worlds. On my world, it is simply one who researches things and tries to find out the reasons behind why things work as they do.

[The laughing slowly starts to die down]

Yes, that's how it is in my universe. Expect none of them believe in -MAGIC!

Is that so? Well, there must be a great deal of things they can't explain, then.

[Zelda returns to eating her cake calmly. How terrible it must be to live in a society without magic... or even worse, one where magic is persecuted. Whatever happened to Anders when he went back to his world? The poor man.]

They use [tch] science to explain these things or ignore them completely. [so bitter]

I believe in the coexistence of science and magic. There is no single truth in this universe.

[In contrast to his insane expression, Zelda remains calm. It's partially in an attempt to cool him down.]

Something wrong, Crocker?

[And then, it gets set to private.]

Be careful, Crocker. We don't want any of our little plans being seen by the residents of this place. Proceed with caution, alright?

[Scientists are laughing in his thought bubble and some red head girl is crying]

Yes, I thought I had this device switched off. I'm going to be thinking in binary till this is over - FAIRIES! And keep my mind off of that when all and all possible.

... You're best to do the same with your own fairies. Don't want to let the cat out of the bag before hand. How long is this research going to take me...

Well, you know what they say, "beware the Ides of March" or something to that extent.

Until this curse is over, I am not going to be able to use video. While I may have my thoughts under control, a simple slip-up is all it takes.

[He shrugs.]

I have no idea how long it should take. Without the fairies of your world or my chaos emeralds, we don't have a significant power source to work our machines.
