[Pretend there is a detailed map of Vatheon here instead of the approximated one the mods have drawn. On this map, there are blinking dots to represent homes people have volunteered for use as a safehouse in times of danger, accompanied by a text list:

There's one other unlisted safehouse. Serph has a record that House 4 of the Coral Corral can replace House 2 if the latter can no longer be used, since having two safehouses next to each other is kind of pointless.]

These are the locations of safehouses for people to use. They have a magical barrier around them, courtesy of Zelda.

[There's a small pause, before he continues.]

It's clear we know very little regarding this murder. If we pool our knowledge and ideas here, we will come closer to finding the root of this.

And although he's used to a lot of things, gore isn't one of them, and he looks faintly queasy no matter how he tries to hide it.] I noticed that. If there aren't more bodies, then... what, he hid them somewhere we haven't found? He's keeping them still?

This-- this is so gross! I can't believe someone would do this.

[Serph, on the other hand, is totally okay with gore. His voice is still calm and steady as he speaks. A contrast to the various riled up people he's spoken to, anyway.]

It's possible. We have people on the lookout.

[He closes his eyes for a moment -- it's unfortunate this guy arrived just when something like this happened -- before speaking again.]

[He takes a breath and recovers, folding his arms.] I'll do that. My name's Zuko... for reference.

It's a relief that there's some kind of organization around here. You're doing something good.

[A nod in acknowledgement of Zuko's name more than the compliment. It isn't just him who's working hard, after all. Serph looks a bit thoughtful for a moment.]

Are you capable of defending yourself?

[If not, there's a guy who offered his assistance so people don't have to wander the city alone.]

More than capable. Don't worry about me, I can take care of myself.
