Okay, weirdos. I'm fucking bored.

I've reprogrammed this stupid piece of shit alien communicator thingy with a text to speech program. By touch. In a foreign programming language. So now there are no excuses.

Someone entertain me.
flammatory: ((sokka) uhhhh yeah)

Computers like this starfish thing? No, we don't have anything like that. The most advanced we have is steam power, and that's too expensive to use for anything but war machines.

... You're going to put fake eyes in your head?
flammatory: ((neutral) bored k)

You can power a lot of things with steam, especially if you have a bunch of firebenders willing to heat up the water for you.

Oh. Yeah. It would be. Aren't you freaked out about how it's going to work?
flammatory: ((regret) making up for it)

I have to trust you, I've never heard of them before! I'm getting really tired of not knowing anything about this stuff.

[Legs sawed off? It's starting to seem like 'trolls are violent' was a gross oversimplification.] Well... for what it's worth, I hope it works out. I don't understand any of it, but it sounds like your situation sucks.
flammatory: ((folded) just being difficult)

It's not my fault. [Zuko rolls his eyes, and some of the subsequent annoyance is in his voice.] And we're not primitive, either. We're just not crazy futuristic space aliens. It's on a totally different level!

I know how that feels. But sometimes... it does get a little better. Sometimes.
flammatory: ((pissy) I do not appreciate your comment)

Fine. This is a stupid argument. I'll get used to computers while I'm here, anyway; it's annoying not knowing how anything works.

Yeah, I'm always skeptical when something good happens, too.
