Could someone tell me about the, uh... 'apartments' and the like?

An apartment is a large building where many people live. Each unit is a self contained place for each tenant.

Think of it as a bunch of small houses inside of a building.

Sure, I can tell you about apartments and stuff. Apartments are kind of like small living spaces, a lot of them, all in one building. They're pretty nice and free here so no rent.
