Ammy simply smiles. It's one of those pseudo-arty, "art is what you want it to be, man" sort of grins. Like she thinks she's more deep and clever than she really is.]

Why is the tree wearing an ugly skirt, then? Or whatever that's supposed to be.

Then what's so special about the tree that it needs protection from floating blob monsters?

[How do you describe the complex moral concept that all life is important and should be respected, and that there are evil forces present against which you must protect all life from? In a drawing, no less?

Surely a sun goddess can conceive any sort of insightful drawing, something, anything to even begin to imply such an important and deep cultural concept.

[Gosh, these questions aren't very easily illustrated! Especially since they just... do. There's not a lot of "how" or "why", simply "is", and that has worked well enough that Ammy has never questioned it.]
