[Even before the video turns on there is a scream that rips through Vatheon with the force of 8,000 shattered windows.

Zoom in on Vriska and the nicely timed video feed that just turned on to show... a fish tail? But it's not any fish tail- it's a mermaid tail. Covered in blue scales of a familiar cerulean shade it's connected to the owner of the previous screech, Vriska. She's currently too busy trying to control herself on her bedroom floor than pay any attention to her wayward device. She looks between horrified and extremely angry.]

[Why is it so hard to breathe out here? She grasps for something to grab and pull herself back down to the floor, gasping quietly without knowing why. What the hell?]

[She reaches up to her throat and the look on her face shows just how surprised she is to feel a set of gills there. Well that explains why she can't breathe.

Now she could ask Feferi to hover her over to the bathtub, but fuck that. She'll just drag herself there.] Move out of my way!

[ She steps aside, and yeah she's grinning smugly, but there might just be a little bit of concern there. ]

Vriska, why don't you just ask me to help you? You're a fish out of water... literally!

Just... leave me... [Wow this is really pathetic. Not even halfway down the hall and she's already losing steam. Stupid air. When did it become so difficult to breathe?]

[ Sorry Vriska, like it or not, you're getting picked up again, and this time walked to the bathroom so you can be placed in the bathtub. ]

Sh- Shut up! [Still trying to breathe. Those gills are working very valiantly to breathe for her but it just isn't cutting it. When Feferi picks her up she squirms violently, but her inability to breathe is really draining her energy. Better for Feferi anyways.

Oh cool, bathtub. Excuse her while she tries to turn on the water.]

[ Nope, too late, Feferi's already turning the faucet on as well!! No doing things for yourself Vriska! ]

There. That'll be okay for now. We'll have to get you to the island and into the ocean though...

[She can't fit completely in the tub, so half of her tail sticks out. She glowers at Feferi from below the water, not saying anything yet.

But she will shoot water at her.]

[ She holds up her hands to block it, for as much good as it does, but she just giggles when the water hits her.

Now that the tub is filling, Feferi comes to hover overhead. ]

You're actually kind of cute like that. In a weird, mutated, fish-troll-not-quite-seadweller way!

[Now she splashes at her with her tail, or what's in the water anyways. She blows a few bubbles at her, but at least she seems to be breathing easier.]

[She surfaces just enough to talk without bubbling everywhere.] Unfortunately.

[She blinks at the tug, at first unsure what it was when it clicks. She glares up at Feferi, tempted to swat at her with her tail.]

[ Looks like Vriska's hair is trying to braid itself now, though it's not doing very well at it. Feferi stays up out of tail's reach. ]

[She'll just try and move her head back underwater to halt these braiding activities. Curse this long hair.
