[Ruca can't stop thinking about his conversation with Chitose. Even though the two do not agree with each other, they didn't argue and the conversation itself went pretty well.
Despite all of that, Chitose's words were what bothered Ruca so much.
There are people who fear us Avatars and we do not have a place to live.
Ruca sighs. Chitose is right. He knows she's right, yet he would rather never admit it. Not to her, nor to anyone. He wants to believe that something can be changed. He even has an idea what to do, but still...
Chitose didn't want to believe him. She told him she couldn't believe in such a hopeful world.
After a few moments of staring into nothingness, Ruca takes his SFC and says:]
A world where everyone are treated equally... A world without wars... Do you think such world could truly exist?
Despite all of that, Chitose's words were what bothered Ruca so much.

No, I wouldn't mind.
My world is one that's a bit...complicated. Instead of being ruled by humans, it's ruled by creatures called ferals, like myself. Ferals look like animals with humanoid characteristics...or perhaps the other way around. I'm what's called a member of the dragonkin, or a dragon feral.
Anyway, a lot of humans are mistreated. Most are put into slavery...but sometimes it's worse. However, there are some ferals like me who think we should be treated equal. So that's what my friends and I did, change the world to make both groups be treated fairly.

...I see. Something similar is happening also in my world. There are people who are mistreated because of their powers. If they are found, they're arrested, send to wars or laboratories... They are also blamed for all the bad things that occur in my world.

[Twitch. Okay, she's really sick of hearing that, now.]
My transformation form looks more like what most people seem to think of as a dragon. And when I get older, it will look exactly like what people think a dragon would look like. I'm only three hundred years old, after all.

[anyone else would be probably surprised to hear that Rhi'a's 300 years old... but Ruca knew a dragon, who was around the world ever since it was created. Plus, he himself is a reincarnation of an arch-demon. Those also lived much longer than humans.
And so he doesn't really sound surprised.]

But the people in my world... They are simply afraid of those who can to use artes – I mean those powers.
Neither do I, half the time. XD
That makes sense, people do tend to fear things they do not understand.

There were a lot of natural disasters ever since the Fall. [he pauses.] The Fall was... Um, you see there was one more world connected to mine; to Naraka. That other world was called Devaloka and it was a place where gods lived. In exchange for prayers the gods gave people of the Church ability to perform miracles. But one day Devaloka has been destroyed and that's what we call the Fall. Ever since then, people with strange powers has been appearing on Naraka, but also a lot of disasters happened. The sea level rise was also caused by the Fall... A lot of the land has been sunk...

So these people with strange new powers took the metaphorical fall for it, so to speak.

People even begun to refer to them as "Fallen"; some believe that they were what destroyed Devaloka and now they appeared on Naraka also to destroy it.

But this isn't true. Those people didn't do anything wrong and yet others fear them.

People can be rather stubborn. Was anything ever done to solve that dilemma?

...No. Nobody did anything, but... Mathias created an organization that was supposed to protect the "Fallen".
[He frowns.]
But in the end, it turned out she never wanted to help them. Mathias treated them just the same or even worse than other people.
