[Fai sets the device down on the railing and that is when it clicks on, not that he realizes it at the moment. He sighs softly as he drapes himself over the railing, dangling his arms and hanging his head as he looks out across the city below. There is a reason he picked the highest apartment available in his complex and it is so he could look out just like this.]

I wonder if I've been doing too much at the Olympics..I feel tired but I just can't sleep. Maybe it's too much sun. I really shouldn't be outside all day. And I haven't fed in awhile. I don't want to end up like before so I should really go back to the store soon..Ah, maybe that is why I can't sleep.

[He picks his head up and folds his arms on the railing, resting his chin on top of them. He's quiet for a moment and then his expression softens into one that he very rarely shows to people. One that probably portrays the sad feelings housed deep inside his heart.]

It really is lonely and quiet without them around. I keep saying it isn't lonely to live alone..but I'm really not used to it. It's been a long time since I've slept someplace by myself like this. Just keep smiling! We need to just keep going..It would be bad if people say you like this!

[After that little pep talk, he sighs again, buries his face in his arms and the rest is rather muffled as he speaks.]

I really do miss them though...

Do I..? [He laughs and turns so he can put his back against the railing instead.]

[Fai reaches out and takes the device, heading back inside.] There really isn't anything you can do Tatsumi-san. No one knows how to bring them here, or send me back.

[He's just lonely. It's a familiar feeling for him.]

But the friends you have made her can help you feel less lonely...

They all have their own lives and other friends to look out for. I can't expect them to come running to me when I feel lonely.

[Even Tatsumi has someone in his home that he goes back to. Fai can only come home to an empty apartment.]

I understand... I am sorry... [He feels bad about that.]

You don't have to apologize, Tatsumi-san. It isn't your fault. [Fai heads down to the main floor of his apartment. His expression turns a little serious again and he doesn't look at his device as he walks.]

I'm thinking we might want to cut back on our cooking nights though.

[He sighs. Would that be necessary? Tsuzuki does get distressed whenever he mentions he'll see the blond vampire. But still, why does he worry so much about that?]

Maybe that would be wise...

[Fai personally doesn't want to, but after his meeting with Tsuzuki he figured it is probably for the best. He doesn't want to step where he isn't wanted or might harm anything. It's always been easier for him to just keep his distance.]

We can still cook together once in awhile, of course! But..I'm pretty busy with the tavern and the club anyway..and I'm sure you are as well.

[Excuses. Fai can come up with a million of them.]

Yes, I understand. I would really like that, cooking together once in a while sounds good. [If you cook with Fai, you feel guilty. And if you don't, you feel guilty as well. Tatsumi, you're the worst.]

[Fai smiles and flops down on the couch, finally looking back at the device.]

We'll just have to enjoy those times as much as we can! Make them really big meals with lots of new and tasty foods.

[Chuckles.]

Well, I finally have a job now too, with the Defense Force. I do more deskwork than anything else.

I also agreed to help Johnny-san by giving a class at his Academy.

Aww, Tatsumi-san is so mean~ I wouldn't be that bad! [Disruptive perhaps? Not paying attention? Very possible..Teasing the teacher? More then likely.]

I just wish that my students learn some discipline and respect as well as knowledge.
