[As the video feed starts there's not much to see, just a small hand and what looks like a white background. But then that hand pulls away, that white background shifts and you can now see the left half of a young boy's face. The right half is obscured by long, blond hair but anyone familiar with a certain vampire would definitely notice the similarities, despite the utter exhaustion and chapped lips that are plain to see on this little one.

Fai's eyes narrowly open, yet they close again swiftly as he glimpses the light coming from the SFC's screen. The hand closest to the device shoves it away before he curls up more into himself. Even though he's no longer surrounded by snow he feels chilled to the bone- the wet shift and drenched floor-length hair clinging to him were certainly not helping. Something felt wrong about all of this... was he supposed to be here? He had no will or energy to push himself off the ground of the plaza. All he wanted to do was rest. Why wouldn't that light go away?]

[Little Fai would have had to tell his brother to stop explaining if he had tried to cover everything tonight. What knowledge he'd gotten from others while Yuui was on his way was enough to feel like an information overload. Save your energy for carrying him. Obviously he's not going anywhere on his own.

He gives the other a faint smile.] Sleep sounds really good.

[Fai nods and lifts his brother carefully into his arms. He hopes that Johnny doesn't mind a sudden new arrival in the apartment..He heads back outside and in that direction. He moves as quickly, but as carefully as he can.]

[Being soaked made the boy feel heavier than he truly was and more uncomfortable to be moved. However, between the added warmth from him snuggling up to the vampire and the joy he felt at being reunited with Yuui that unpleasantness was easy to ignore once he was in his twin's arms. Easy enough that Fai fell asleep long before they reached their destination.]

[Fai will be as quiet as he can about entering the apartment. He takes Fai straight to his room and sets him into the bed. He tries to remove some of the wet clothing so that he doesn't catch a cold before tucking him in.]

[No need to be too cautious, it'll take more than some noise and some jostling to wake this little one from his slumber. And even if you did manage to, he'd greatly appreciate being divested of said clothing in favor of something dry and warm. Otherwise he'll be cocooning himself up in your bedsheets soon enough.]

[Will make sure Fai is nice and comfortable before backing away. He is torn between wanting to run from the room, and not wanting to move for fear this is all just a dream. His flight mechanism is greater though so he leaves the room, shutting the door softly behind him.

He places his hand against the wall for support as he wobbles down the hallway. How is he going to even begin to explain everything? And how is he going to introduce Fai to the others...

Once in the living area he places his back fully against the wall and slides down to sit on the ground. His legs finally no longer able to support his weight. He wraps his arms around his legs and draws them to his chest. He then buries his face in his knees.]

..how is this even possible?

[So many conflicting emotions. He saw his brother die..and yet here he is. He held him. There is relief and happiness and fear..no..terror. Complete terror..that such a thing is possible. And that fear goes even deeper as some of his lies he has told to protect himself are about to crumble into a million pieces.

He is just going to sit there and try to compose himself..for as long as it takes.]
