[Sunday morning, and time for Link to rise...]

[About a month later, as it turns out.]

[For a moment, he's disoriented, staring at the ceiling in a vague sort of way. He feels a bit like he's been run through a wringer, exhausted from not having touched the coral in - what, a month and a half? - and it takes him a moment before he can summon the energy to reach for the SFC.]

Um - hi. [Whoops, scratchy voice - let him clear that.]

I guess I was asleep for a really long time, huh... [Bit of movement in the background, Link is trying to push himself up and look for his boots. If he can find Asi somewhere nearby, he can get him to the coral, right?] It's weird, because I slept for a week just before this...

[Oh well. Have a sleepy smile (and, okay, some pretty epic bedhead).] But I'm up now! Um...

What did I miss?

[Later in the day, once he's touched the coral, he can be found here and there - getting used to food again, stretching his legs after a month of no movement. At times, he can be found in the plaza, a blue ocarina in his hands as he plays music.]

You better because you don't want to see me cry or make me worry! [And there was some giggling from her]

Don't worry, I won't make you worry! [He even gives her a nice big grin as a promise before it settles in to a regular smile. There's some movement in the background - he's getting ready to leave the house.]

Aside from the monster, have you been okay? I haven't got to talk to you in ages.

[....YEEAHHH ABOUT THAT]

I've been okay, I moved into a new apartment since it was next to my friend!

That way, we can train our pokemon without having to move so much!

That's good! That's Cheren, right? I met him when that curse that turned people into other things happened and I got turned into a Pokemon.

Mhmm, that's him!

He knows a lot about pokemon and he can help me train to become a pokemon professor! So everything works out in the end!

A Pokemon professor is someone who studies Pokemon, right? It sounds more interesting than studying grammar. [...Yeah, guess who's not the best student.]

Don't worry, I think studying grammar is really boring too!

I don't know how Cheren is able to find something like that interesting. [Guess who isn't a good student either?]

[Kindred spirit get!]

Zelda's like that a lot. She's always studying. [He sounds a bit morose about it - Zelda was the reason he had to learn spelling and grammar in the first place.] But I guess she's a lot smarter than me, huh?

[More background shifting, and there's a cheerful-sounding, "Kweh!" coming from offscreen - Link has made his slow way back outside, finding Asi waiting for him.]

Cheren is like that too...

He's a lot smarter than me so I usually have to study twice as hard to keep up with him and Hilbert!

[And after a pause] Huh? Who's that in the background?

That's Asi! [The camera swings around a bit to show Bianca the source of the noise - a green Chocobo.] He's my Chocobo. Well, he used to be Lea's, but when he left, people could adopt them and I adopted Asi.

[~~[PRETEND THE ICON HAS A CHOCOBO.~~]

[For a moment, Bianca just stared.

And stared.]

Ahhh, he's so cute! He reminds me a lot of the pokemon I usually see back home! Can he fly or something?

No, their wings are too little. But they can run pretty fast! [Right, up he goes - from the scenery whipping by, they can indeed run at a pretty good pace.] What Pokemon is he like?

Hm...

Probably that bird with the three heads! What was the name of it again? I know it begins with a D...

It has three heads? [He chuckles a bit at that.] What happens if one head wants to go in a different direction to the other ones? I bet it'd get confused.

If it's like that, that would mean the two others have no choice but to go to that direction!

Although it would be funny to see them like that! Can you imagine that you have three heads and they all have trouble with where they want to go?

Maybe it'd go around in circles. I'm glad Asi only has one head! [Pause. Huh...] Although if you did have more, you'd be able to look in a lot more directions at once.

But which one would they pick? That is the question we have to think about!

[And the things Bianca thinks about out of all things]

[Hey, in a world with three-headed bird things, it's an important consideration!]

Well, they'd have to work it out eventually, right? It'd be weird if their heads argued. [Link, meet the Deino line...]

I'm pretty they have...

I have read something about how they would just poke each other's heads with their beaks if they do argue! They would get one massive headache after a while!

Really? I thought they'd learn to get along with each other so they didn't get headaches. [Headsaches?] There's some really strange Pokemon!

Nope, they usually fight a lot! So there are a lot of interesting things you learn from them!

Like the fact that we should be glad we don't have three heads!

Right! Because then we'd need a lot of hats, too. [Hey, it's a genuine concern for them both...]

Not to mention all the stuff you would need to buy to decorate them!

It takes a lot of work just to make them all look really pretty without getting jealous!

How would you decorate bird heads? [He sounds rather puzzled - does that mean Asi would like a hat?]
