Serph is nowhere to be found. People don't just disappear, ( can you tell its his first time losing someone, vatheon? ) and it's impossible to get answers out of these "locals" or whatever the hell you want to call them! And he wouldn't just die that easily, even he's better than that.

Just because he isn't around though, don't think that means we're defenseless. I'll be taking over as leader in the meantime, so if anyone has any business with the Embryon, you take it up with me. ( look at how he jabs himself in the chest. that means he's serious... )

You need to talk to them. Find out why they don't have confidence in you and explain your case. Saying you're strong just isn't enough.

[Squall understands where Heat's coming from. He was raised to be a mercenary, after all. Sometimes you have to be ruthless. Sometimes you have to be cold. Being too soft can bring you trouble and tragedy down the road.

Just remember that being leader means you have to take all the responsibility. You have to be able to make the hard decisions and convince your followers that it's the best thing to do, but at the same time show them that you have their best interests at heart. When things go wrong, it's going to be your fault. Can you live with it if you make a decision that results in someone you care about dying?

Being leader isn't about you. Being leader is about everyone else. Being leader sucks.
