[ A man can be seen kneeling in the plaza, his clothes rumpled as though he had just been running. His expression is both pained and saddened, but he keeps his voice calm.

He needs to say this.]

Some of you may recognize me as Doctor Riffael Raffit. I am Riff Raffit, but...the man known as Riffael is the one who has been terrorizing people for a month.

I am sorry I could not do anything sooner...if I had-

[To believe him or not? It's hard to decide. He had acted normal, polite even, when she had spoken with him before. But back then, when she had, there was an unmistakable chill that went down her spine. A primal warning that something wasn't right.

Here, with him now, it was absent. As shaken as she was to be speaking with him again, the images of her containment still fresh in her mind, that singular chill was gone.

While she will never trust herself alone with the man again, she believes him now.]

I believe you, for better or worse. Still, I don't think a lot of people will. And you've ticked off a lot of people.

I wish I could say for certain. He can come and go as he chooses. For now, I have control...but I am hardly strong enough to keep him at bay forever.

That is why, since death is not permanent here, incarceration is best. For as long as is necessary.
