It seems as if the arrival cycle is over now. Allow me to extend a belated welcome to everyone who was pulled into Vatheon this past cycle. My name is Zelda, and I work with the Welcoming Committee here. Please drop by if you have any questions about our current situation as foreigners in the city. You are also free to ask me here, though there are some topics I would prefer to not discuss over the network.

I would also like to encourage new arrivals that are capable of fighting to look into joining the Defense Force. While things are generally peaceful here, there are some dangerous situations from time to time. Death is not permanent in this place, but it is still rather traumatic and we should do our best to avoid having it happen. If you are interested, please get in touch with Serph or Ky Kiske.

Of course. May I ask what information was missing? There are some subjects I did not go into detail on since I was not certain the locals would print and distribute the brochures if I did, but I do believe I covered the Defense Force... ah, I may not have spoken about death...

[Should she even include that? It seems like a bad idea. "Welcome to Vatheon, you can't die!". It's like egging people on!]

About the whole dying thing. I didn't even think about that, i just assumed that we'd die normally, but apparently it's not the case.

Ah... yes, of course. The scientists here in the city will penalize people who kill themselves or others, so please take care. Apparently, the process of revival is taxing on them.

I plan on not dying, or killing anyone. I'd rather protect the people than do that.
