It seems as if the arrival cycle is over now. Allow me to extend a belated welcome to everyone who was pulled into Vatheon this past cycle. My name is Zelda, and I work with the Welcoming Committee here. Please drop by if you have any questions about our current situation as foreigners in the city. I would also like to encourage new arrivals that are capable of fighting to look into joining the Defense Force. While things are generally peaceful here, there are some dangerous situations from time to time. When Bianca perks up about the cookies Zelda decides to shift to that subject completely. She took the cookies off the cooling rack and laid them back down on wax paper, picking up one of her bird-shaped cookies and starting to frost it.]

The frosting certainly does add something to it, doesn't it?
