Happy New Year, everyone!~

*Selphie's room, in the background, may seem a little less decorated than it was before Christmas, but all those fairy lights are still there. She's wrapped up cosy in a blanket on her bed, a bunch of random books at her side*

So, it's a new year, and my resolution is to learn something new! You're a talented bunch, Vatheon, I know it - so whatcha gonna teach me?

*Selphie blinks and sits up suddenly*

He's just gonna huff and fold his arms behind his head. ]

*Okay, so now Selphie's sitting up so much that the blanket has fallen from her, revealing her nightdress*

[ Folding arms behind his head now as he rests the SFC against a leg, facing him. ]

Besides, he probably likes someone else. Big deal.

*And Selphie's just giggling a lot. This is fun! Besides, it's always nice to see someone all excited and embarrassed about a bit of romance*

Well, he obviously doesn't. Cause if he did, he'd've kissed them at New Year instead.

[ Another huff as he scrunches down into his scarf again. Arms go down to fold right onto his chest. ]

I'm telling ya, he's just messing with me.

[ A pause. ]

*Selphie blinks, and though she nestles more comfortably on her bed, her expression hardens a little*

Are you and Izaya really good friends?

[ ...oh crap. Did she hear that? ]

[ He stops a moment, turning his attention up. ]

But I guess he's the only guy I know here.

*Selphie tipped her head back and laughed at that question - oh, so funny!*

Y'know, Izaya is a really cute guy, but we're friends. He's one of my favourite people in Vatheon.

[ WHY DOES EVERYONE THINK HE'S FUNNY?! Ah well. Maybe it's a curse.

But there's a pause. ]

[ And yet, he's crimson. ]
