People just come and go at the drop of a hat, don't they. Both the stupid ones and comrades alike, it doesn't matter. And it's not like they have any say in it either, it's like we're all just waiting for our damn turns to take a stab at the odds of leaving.

( his grip tightens around the communicator, which you can actually hear... )

So, tell me. How many of you have had your comrades come and go, then come and go again? Personally I'm getting pretty sick of it. What's the point in showing up again if you're just going to leave. Just leave them where they are so we don't have to deal with it in the first place, I say.

( heat gripped the sfc tightly in his fist, stressing the materials it was made from. who the hell was that prissy guy, thinking he could just say whatever he wanted?!

he sneered, bearing teeth the more he thought about it... )

[Angelo is sitting on the edge of the plaza fountain waiting for Heat's arrival. Surely being one of Serph's friends, he must be an interesting fellow. Plus he was always up for meeting more of Serph's friends. Though tbh, he hopes he can also learn more about Serph from this friend of his as well.]

( when he arrived, his red eyes immediately swept over the area, finally finding angelo. he stopped his approach just a few short feet from the man, shoving the sfc behind his cloak, and cracking his knuckles )

You're going to wish you never showed up.

[He sees what Heat wants to do and naturally is going to attempt talking his way out of it.]

Is that a threat? Because I don't think Serph would appreciate you wanting to beat up one of his friends. Especially one that's quite close to him.

( heat paused, then frowned deeper than before, something of a grunt escaping from him --
great. another one of serph's friends )

So you know Serph, huh. And you think that's going to save you?

[Angelo will continue to try talking Heat out of potentially pummeling him in the face.]

I wish to know more about him, his friends from home, and his world in general. So instead of fighting, why not chat?

( although he did his best to show his conviction that this was going to end in violence... the fact remained that heat seemed to be holding back -- )

I don't have anything to say to you. If you want to know more about him why don't you just ask him yourself. ( if you're perceptive enough angelo, you might note the bitterness in his tone... )

Don't like Serph very much, do you? I thought you were friends.

We're comrades. ( he's quick to correct the terminology, and not to mention out himself -- however, he holds back the flare up a little -- )

Why are you so interested in him in the first place? ( you and everyone else, it seemed... everyone wanted to get to know serph... it was always the same... )

Why does it matter to you? What I want to do with Serph is my own business. I thought you didn't like him anyway.

[He's not about to tell Heat what he wants most from Serph.]

So being comrades means you obtain the right to know what your leader does when you're not around? What if he doesn't want to tell you or for you to know? Some of the business he might be involved in shouldn't be a concern of yours.

What's that supposed to mean? Are you telling me he's hiding things from us? ( yep, he is going to run off on that idea now, apparently. paranoia is go. that would just be so like serph, wouldn't it!! )

Perhaps it's better to ask him and not me. He is your leader after all, not mine.
