[It's around sunset when the video starts. There's the sound of the ocean and the wind in the background, but shortly after the sound of glass thumping hard against a table interrupts. With how the screen shakes slightly, it might be apparent that the communicator has been placed on said table.

What follows are a few grumbles and a view of Axel on the side as he folds his arms and rests his head on them.]

So, you know what I just found out a couple minutes ago?

[Wait a sec. He turns away for a second to sneeze. And it's a pretty adorable sneeze too.]

Heh. Someone must be talking about me. But, no, that's not what I found out. What I found out is that this stuff-

[Axel reaches around the SFC and picks up a nearly finished bottle of beer. Yeah, it's just one and he's already pretty pink in the face. So what? Mind your own damn business.]

-this stuff is ridiculous. Who comes up with these things anyway? I mean, why would you ever think about it? What's even the point?

[Resting his chin on his hand in thought, Axel slumps, stares at the bottle, then shrugs. Maybe he shouldn't think too much about it. It tasted ok and it feels warm, so those are two Very Good Things for Axel's.]

Well, I guess it's a nice way to pass the time while the stupid dome implodes on itself, right?

(( ooc: He's just discovered what tipsy is. Feel free to run into him somewhere near his campsite or just respond however else you see fit. ))

[Leo is laughing his ass off at the drunken display. He's no clue who Axel is, but entertainment is entertainment.]

...Some people drink it to forget, for fun, or just for the hell of it in my experience. While I'm not above a drink or two, I'd rather stay sober with how things could easily take a turn for the worst. What is this about if you don't mind my asking? You never struck me as the type to drink.

[Burgh wasn't sure what to say to this man. He had been drinking as the bottle was clear in his hand. Did he hate being here in Vatheon?]

It isn't all bad living here, you know.

[It's not a question. It's a statement. This has "any time Shura gets within arm's reach of a beer can" written all over it.]

Nice example you're settin' for Roxas, dude. Really. Class act.

[Roxas is just thinking it's about time he tried to get things back to normal. It's probably still going to be awkward for a while (and there might be punching first, he hasn't decided yet), but they have to start somewhere. It's even sunset, right? Even if they don't have ice cream.

But then he sees... this. He's seen people drinking before and he's pretty sure that's beer. But Axel drinking beer? It doesn't compute.]

Um... Axel, what are you doing?

Axel...are you okay...?

[Percy is laughing at this video. Why would you ever think about booze? He knows a wine god who might have a thing or two to say about alcohol.]

[Well, it's not like Ilya doesn't know what alcohol is - after all, the Einzberns have their own brewery for alchemy purposes - but she's still rather amused by the drunken video.]

[She gives him a smile. Well, he seems a little negative, doesn't he? Not that she's blaming him...]

[ Annabeth's brand new to what is now the island, and tipsy Axel lighting up flames with her friend Leo happens to be the first thing she sees on the network. ]

Wow, classy. Is this usually what I can expect on this thing or is it exclusive to channel You?
