[It's around sunset when the video starts. There's the sound of the ocean and the wind in the background, but shortly after the sound of glass thumping hard against a table interrupts. With how the screen shakes slightly, it might be apparent that the communicator has been placed on said table.

What follows are a few grumbles and a view of Axel on the side as he folds his arms and rests his head on them.]

So, you know what I just found out a couple minutes ago?

[Wait a sec. He turns away for a second to sneeze. And it's a pretty adorable sneeze too.]

Heh. Someone must be talking about me. But, no, that's not what I found out. What I found out is that this stuff-

[Axel reaches around the SFC and picks up a nearly finished bottle of beer. Yeah, it's just one and he's already pretty pink in the face. So what? Mind your own damn business.]

-this stuff is ridiculous. Who comes up with these things anyway? I mean, why would you ever think about it? What's even the point?

[Resting his chin on his hand in thought, Axel slumps, stares at the bottle, then shrugs. Maybe he shouldn't think too much about it. It tasted ok and it feels warm, so those are two Very Good Things for Axel's.]

Well, I guess it's a nice way to pass the time while the stupid dome implodes on itself, right?

[Leo assumes Axel's had like 4 or 5 beers, he can't imagine someone drunk off just one. But then again, he's seen maenads drunk off non-alcoholic eggnog before.]

...Some people drink it to forget, for fun, or just for the hell of it in my experience. While I'm not above a drink or two, I'd rather stay sober with how things could easily take a turn for the worst. What is this about if you don't mind my asking? You never struck me as the type to drink.

[Then towards that question he raises a brow. Why is he drinking? With a shrug he sets the bottle back down then brings a finger up to waggle at the screen.]

If you're gonna go off guessing 'bout what I might or might not do, then why not take a guess, wise guy? Why do you think I'm drinking?

[Roxas is just thinking it's about time he tried to get things back to normal. It's probably still going to be awkward for a while (and there might be punching first, he hasn't decided yet), but they have to start somewhere. It's even sunset, right? Even if they don't have ice cream.

But then he sees... this. He's seen people drinking before and he's pretty sure that's beer. But Axel drinking beer? It doesn't compute.]

[When Roxas shows up he'll see Axel face down on the table, his arms folded and beer bottle in one hand. It's only one bottle and its not even empty, so it's really a wonder how things turned into this.

With a grumble he looks up then over his shoulder.]

Oh. Hey, Roxas. What're you up to? Sit over here.

[Pat pat patting the seat beside him. No, he didn't answer your question, but that's ok, right?]
