Has anyone ever done a survey of the different types of fighting that everyone here knows? It seems like we probably have a lot to teach each other, and I, for one, would be happy to learn something a little different. I currently use a sword and lightning magic, and while I can't teach the magic to those who don't have it, I've found that simply sparring against people from different schools of training has helped me to adapt my own technique.

But there's some things I can't learn simply by fighting, but things that might be nonetheless useful in the context of some battles, like firearms.

Perhaps if people could simply talk some about how battles go on their world, I'll be able to better determine strategy that should be used for the Defense Force.

And I wouldn't be opposed to learning something new, if anyone's in the mood to teach.

It's not so much that we have a "resonance" as you call it. No, we all have a certain ability in common that the rest of the population does not. One of us, in fact, has a stronger version of this ability than the rest of us.

I see. So you came together simply because of something you have in common, that ability?

Not just that reason... There was a murder/kidnapping case involved with it... And we became a part of it at different times...

Actually, you had to be awakened to it first before you worked on bettering the ability. Everyone really has the potential for it, we were just those who actually accepted it.

It doesn't sound an easy task, but most things aren't. If you didn't already have my respect, it sounds like your successful completion of this process would make you deserve it.

It is by far one of the hardest tasks one will ever take on. Facing your inner self is not an easy task by any means. Having friends and allies there makes it a little easier, but they also get to see the other side of you.
