Day 439 - [Accidental Video]

[The feed opens on a bathtub.

Thankfully this isn't actually Roxas taking a bath. He's wearing swimtrunks, thank you very much, and the chocobos are with him. They're getting big enough now that all three of them nesting in his hair is probably no longer a possibility, and he's taken it upon himself to teach them how to swim.

The red chick seems to want no part of this and is watching from the safety of his shoulder. Roxas has his hands just under the water, beneath the yellow chick as it flounders around, and before too long he has to scoop it up so it can take a rest. The blue one meanwhile has this down already and is swimming placidly around the tub.]

...you're really good at this, Isa.

[Roxas looks up and smiles at him.]

That wasn't so hard.

[HEAD SCRATCH]

Yeah, yeah. Just don't go spreading it around the place.

What's wrong with it?

[flared]

You know. I just like to keep it a surprise.

[coolerthansora]

Since when is how old you are a surprise?

Unless it's really different from how you look.

[flared]

I just like keeping people guessing, I guess.

What is age anyway? It's just a number.

[Kanye shrug]

Well, I think it's something, especially here. Every year we get is- special.

[Ah, Sunset is floundering after some attempts to swim instead of just float around. Roxas gently catches him up out of the water.]

[flared]

[He just watches as Roxas keeps Sunset busy and Isa cheeps as if amused, still floating around like a pro.]

Well, we'll see about that. Just don't go throwin' any parties and stuff.

[... Why did he bring it up]

And what day am I not supposed to throw a party?

[He's going to get it out of you eventually, bestie.]

[flared]

[Oh no he sees what you're trying to do here. Axel leaps down from the counter then turns to face the door.]

Any day.

[coolerthansora]

Oh, come on. Why's it such a big secret?

[flared]

[He just... shakes his head.]

I told you. It's not important to me.

[coolerthansora]

If it's so unimportant than you wouldn't mind saying what it is.

[Sunset flutters up out of Roxas's hands, making to the edge of the tub where he gives himself a good shake. Apparently that's more than enough water for today.]

[flared]

I can't hear you.

[Walking out now byyyyye]

Hey!

[Darn it, he can't follow without gathering baby birds first. It'll have to wait. But he's not giving up!]

[flared]

[Oh for goodness sake, Roxas. He just keeps walking toward his room now.]

Don't get too much water on the carpet now.

[coolerthansora]

I have towels!

[Jeez. Later, he'll continue this quest. Maybe he should try tickling it out of him... For now, he'll just gingerly help the chocobos out and onto the bathroom floor before climbing out himself to dry off.]

[flared]

[He just goes on pretending to ignore Roxas all the way to his room and once he's inside he doesn't shut the door, but he does hop up onto his bed and stay there, curled up on his side. Doo dee doo.]

[...well, he was going to just go to his room and change into real clothes, but as he passes by Axel's room, he seems like such an inviting target. He looks down at the chicks and presses a finger to his lips, and then creeps in as quietly as he can. If he's successful, Axel won't know he's there until he's pounced on the bed and started tickling him.]

[flared]

[Axel's pretty much about ready to fall asleep here, so his defenses are definitely down. So when Roxas leaps up and lands on his bed to start tickling him he's very much so surprised, turning over and pushing to try and get him to stop.]

H-hey! Knock it off!
