[Saix really doesn't want to admit it, because that would make Axel right, but it's simply fact that he realizes once he's back in his own body instead of stuck in Axel's. It reminded him of what it felt like to be Isa a little bit, and it also reminded him of how it had felt when he had first joined the Organization. How he is now is... different. It's the Darkness. It feels thicker, like a heavy fog. He knows he's done some horrible things in the name of his goal, but never cared because the end justified the means. Still, this almost feels like too much.]

[Saix spends the day trying to convince himself that he's just letting himself fall into the same delusional trap that Axel has, but in the end, he has to know.]

[So you'll be seeing this guy on the SFC today, looking as calm and apathetic as ever.]

I'm curious, but are there any in Vatheon who are knowledgeable in the spiritual heart of a person? Perhaps the better, more general word would be 'soul'.

[A body, a mind, and a 'heart'- that's what makes a person, isn't it? But take away the 'heart', have it be lost to Heartless, and you're left with a body and a mind. A Nobody...]

[ Barry laughed at the last one. ]

[Placing the teacup down, he adjusts some of his hair. So, relaxed and think about the last time he was anything regarding happy... Talking about a few things has given him something of an idea.]

[The fuck???? Is he doing?????]

[ The smile on Barry's face was geniune then. He was very pleased by this progress. ]

If you can do that again, I think you have it.

[The smile falls away easily enough, and Saix brushes some of his hair back.]

It feels strange to do that after so long...

I can imagine, but it looked natural, and that's what counts.

[ Barry was still smiling. He was glad to have a student that learned so quickly. ]

I suppose I'll have to keep practicing, then. [At least so it doesn't feel so strange.] Have you thought of something for me to do then, yet?

[ Barry put his hand to his mouth as he thought. It couldn't be anything too big, teaching someone to smile was such a small triviality. ]

[ Barry lowered his hand, a smile on his face. ]

I'd like a kiss.

[ . . . ]

Fine. Any particular kind of kiss?

[He doesn't see the point, but, if that's what he wants..]

[ Barry tapped his lips. ]

[ Barry wouldn't expect Saix to get the point, but he was an incubus and this was what he lived for. ]

[Freakin' demons, man...]

Alright, then. [He starts to get up, straightening his coat.] Does it matter how rough I am?

[He's not sure if he can do gentle without it coming off as extremely awkward..]

No. [ Barry's voice was low purr. ]

I prefer it that way.

[Excellent. That means less worry for him, then. He walks around the small table to the couch, slipping down into the space besides Barry. There's not any time wasted- no teasing or foreplay. He simply slips his hand to the back of Barry's neck, fingers tangling in those pale locks.]

[The way Saix kisses shows most of his personality in it. There's no gentle pleasantry, just the rough feel of lips against lips and his own sharp teeth occasionally against them with no regards for if they hurt or not. There's no particular grace to it, but like this, maybe there doesn't need to be.]

[ Barry made a please sound in the back of his throat at the kiss. He drew in a deep breath, breathing in the moment and in a way taking a bit of Saix with him as he did so. It was a sort of energy that had nothing to do with a soul, but it was what Barry thrived on.

[ He returned the kiss, his own arm coming up to wrap around Saix shoulders to keep him where he was.

[ Barry parted his lips, his tongue moving out to run along Saix lower lip. ]

[Ah... This is going a bit farther than he thought. Saix deals with it patiently enough, pulling back only enough to snap a bit at the intruding tongue.]

How long do you plan on making this?

Hmm~

[ Barry was practically purring, but he supposed that was enough for now. ]

I suppose that's enough for now.

Good.

[He starts to pull away. Sorry, Barry, but Saix is not normally a very affectionate person.]

[ That's alright, Barry's used to the hot and cold routine. ]

By the way, I meant to ask, but...that jacket. I've seen one like it before.

Hm? Ah. You no doubt met one of the other- former members of the Organization. We all wear it as both an identifier and for practical reasons.

I see...and your, relation, to this former member?

[ Now Barry was curious. ]

We all worked together before two of them went traitor.

[Not that he cares. See how much he doesn't care?]

So you were co-workers only?

[Ignore the way his jaw tightens slightly, please.]

[ Barry took a gamble, but judging by ages he ha a feeling Axel was the closer one to Saix. He shifted his appearance changing into the red-head. ]

So seeing me here doesn't bother you?

[The material of his gloves squeaks a little as he curls his fingers into fists.]
