[A new connection appears on the network. Someone seems to be fumbling with the controls of their communicator and it takes them a few minutes to realize that it's on... and recording.]

Is... is anyone there? Can anyone tell just what exactly this place is? And why I appear to be in a dome underwater? I need to get back to the surface. Fast. [The young male voice coughs hard.] Ugh. I'm soaked to the bone.

[Another pause.]

...And has anyone seen a longsword with a blue-and-green handle? A large shield, too.

Ela... vator? Is that a portal of some sort? [Curious Link is curious.]

I probably won't since the Surface must be a lot larger than just the, uh... three regions I've visited. But if I can make it back to the Sky, it's be easy to get back home. Of course, I need a Bird Statue to fly back up.

I guess you could think of it like that. [ Whoops. Kinda forgot not everyone here knows the stuff he does. ] Elevators are fon te--um, machines that go up and down, so you can get to different levels. It helps if you want to get from the ground floor of a tall building to the top without having to walk up a bunch of stairs.

Though...I guess in this case it takes you from the bubble to the island, instead of the different levels of a building. [ Now that he thinks about it, he's not really sure how that's even possible. BUT YOU KNOW, WHATEVES. ]

The Sky? Well...I hate to break it to you, but this place is a different world. Or universe. Or...well, something like that. So I doubt you could make your way back there, even if you go up to the surface. I mean, you can try, but...

[No need to walk up or down a bajillion stairs while fighting off monsters that just won't stay dead? What sorcery is this? :D Moving on... Link lets out a sigh.]

Even if I still had the Water Dragon's Scale, I doubt I could swim to the top without running out of air first. [Air bubbles don't usually show up in open water.]

Yeah, I'm not really sure how the elevator manages that. I guess it works, though? [ He has yet to go up top, but...

But, uh. A Water Dragn scale, huh? That sounds interesting. Does it let you stay underwater longer or something?

Yes, it lets the bearer hold their breath a lot longer than it would normally be possible. It was one of the gifts I received from the Goddess... that I no longer have. [Dammit.]

I... don't like feeling this helpless. I don't even have Fi with me anymore.

You can check one of the shops around here. I think there's an area that has things from our home worlds, so maybe...you can find something of yours there?

If anything, one of the other shops should have some swords and armor.

Heh, it'll be like I'm borrowing an Academy blade again. [He lets out a soft chuckle.] I've gotten used to the Master Sword's power.

While I'm here, I might as well keep in shape. Do you know of anyone who would be willing to practice with me? [No, Link, stop. You don't know what you are getting yourself into. :| ]

Well, I know there's someone trying to set up a training group, but that's more for people that don't know how to fight...

I can use a sword, though, so if you ever want to spar just give me a call. Maybe we can even learn a few things from each other. [ An awkward laugh. Man, he needs to keep in shape too...He's gone like a month without practice. WHOOPS. ]
