Thirty-Fourth Flare - Video - Birds, Birds, Everywhere
So yeah, turns out Myde was pregnant.
[Way to open up a feed, Lea. But he's grinning into the camera, hair tied back and in a too large t-shirt and pants. He's also covered in soft downy feathers of all sorts of colors; it isn't easy calming down the flock when they're so excitable. As he adjusts the camera, it's obvious he's near some rather simple looking stables. Anyone who's worked or visited the Phoenix Nest would recognize them as being behind there.]
[When he's done fiddling with the view, the camera is focused on a group of Chocobos. There's Myde, one of the adults and a beautiful soft brown with specks of white on her chest, looking tired but calmly pleased. Hovering near her is Alex, a bright red who couldn't look more proud as he nuzzles Myde.]
[And around them?]
Yep, looks like the second generation of Vatheon-born Chocochicks are here! Heh, aren't they adorable? And new colors, too, look!
[Lea looks just as proud as Alex as he sits down amongst the chirping, energetic chicks. There are seven in all, and they happily flop and flutter onto the teen. There are a few very pale gray chicks, and another couple which are a much darker shade, a strange kind of lavender-gray. There are a pair of soft colored yellows and one lone red. Lea handles all of them carefully and with utter adoration.]
I'll cut everyone the same deal Stein did whenever his chocobos laid eggs. If you think you can give one of these sweethearts a good home, and you can tell me so, I'll let you keep one. Myde and Alex won't mind.
Mistreat them and I will wreck your life.
[He says it with a cheery grin that is 100% brutal honesty.]
((ooc: Yep! Lea is giving away chocobo chicks. Just have your character comment and Lea will talk it out. I'll keep track of who has which chick here in the ooc.

[A laugh then a dark smirk - Lea, this is a kid who at about 12 had seen things that made him think it's ok to abuse animals and treat them like he does.] You'd be surprised.

[Silver's plan may have a slight issue, as the back of the Phoenix Nest is exactly where this particular batch of chocobos is. Besides a bit of moving for friends and making sure the shop is moving smoothly, Lea hasn't moved much. He seems completely happy to just make himself a big ol' chocobo pile. There aren't many chicks left now- just one white and one black. The rest of the flock seems relieved for this and is resting...]
[Save for a particularly large chocobo that Silver should recognize from battling against him. Radi was the only one who seemed remotely capable of handling himself in a battle, unlike his Eevee partner, and it's him who still stalks around the yard, keeping a wary eye on everything.]

[.... All the linefacing at the pile of chocobos and Lea looking like a dork. But Silver doesn't focus on that, rather he looked around, eyeing that one chocobo with distaste.
He could electrocute the bird, but then he's sure that would alert Lea to his plans. The same with using a pokemon to just try and abduct the chick. Somewhere, he knows he's gone soft and that he should just barge his way in and bully Lea into giving it to him, rather than this sneaking around. It would be easier, faster, more suited to his desires.
Nonetheless, Silver scouted for an easy target that could be used to get the flock confused and panicky - And once found?
He's going to toss a rock in that general direction while he moves around to another location to enter the yard from.]
