It's actually fairly common where I'm from. Not just guns either. We also have scythes, swords, polearms, and we even have a guillotine.

I personally am known as a Death Scythe. But if you meant more generally... I've always considered myself both. In a way it's like being bilingual; you can speak both languages equally well and even though one or the other might be more useful in a given situation, you don't suddenly stop knowing the other because of it.

Indeed. There's another Death Scythe here actually, by the name of Marie Mjolnir. She can transform into a hammer that generates electricity. And there are hundreds more aside from us, of course.
