No need. Variations upon trust; one who you can spend time sharing information or simply in silence without unease. Wish to aid. Mostly variable.

..... unclear. Close, trust is important, company enjoyable.

Ah, so your definition is the same as mine.

However, I suppose I would add loyalty too.
