[ A man can be seen kneeling in the plaza, his clothes rumpled as though he had just been running. His expression is both pained and saddened, but he keeps his voice calm.

He needs to say this.]

Some of you may recognize me as Doctor Riffael Raffit. I am Riff Raffit, but...the man known as Riffael is the one who has been terrorizing people for a month.

I am sorry I could not do anything sooner...if I had-

[All the people who had been hurt by his hands..shared hands, but his nonetheless.]

I know what I am saying might not make sense in full but if it helps, if it is easier: I am the one you've been looking for.

[He pauses, eyes closing a moment.]

I have control right now, I won't be moving from this place. I beg of you, someone, come stop him.

*Selphie stood slowly to her feet, brushing herself off before holding out a hand for him*

C'mon...you'll get dirty sitting down there.

[He looked up, the vision of confusion, but accepted her hand anyway.]

*Selphie took his hand gently and pulled him up to his feet*

Well - it's cold and dirty down there, right? So can't be good to be sitting...

[Though he can't quite meet her eyes. What was he supposed to say? This wasn't what he was expecting.]

*Selphie couldn't quite meet his eyes either, but she almost does, and manages a small smile*

So...you just gonna sit there or do you wanna go get a hot chocolate?

[loyaljudas]

[That...actually gets a small laugh out of him, but mostly because it seemed ridiculous and yet sounded nice.]

I would like that very much, yes.

*Selphie begins to walk off towards her favourite cafe, but then stops, and turns to the man, sticking out a hand*

I'm Selphie, by the way.

[He shakes the offered hand and smiles a little.]

It is a great pleasure to meet you, miss Selphie.

[booyaka_boom]

*Selphie couldn't help herself, and giggled a little at being called 'miss'*

Nah! It's just Selphie!

*She smiles, leading the way to the hot chocolate place*
