That would appear to be the case yes. Is this the extent of it or are there other effects?

I haven't been stuck to someone for long, so I can't say just yet. Even a full physical transformation won't cause the parties to separate, though. I certainly hope this doesn't last all week.]

That would be inconvenient. Do you know if additional contact after the first connection will trigger the curse again? Im reluctant to try it myself.

It looks like you got yourself in a sticky situation~. I'm glad to say I haven't experience the joys of this particular curse yet.

Yet. It's distressingly easy to fall into, based on my observation.

Then I'll have to be extra careful if I leave my house.

Indeed. All it took for us was a light brush. I haven't learned yet whether all contact will result in this though, or if it's more selective. The curses tend to have sporadic behaviors.
