-- goes the SFC device and following it is a small, black and fuzzy mass. The camera spins a little on its side before focusing (sideways) on said black and fuzzy mass slowly start to move. Two paws stretch out and it yawns loudly, ears pulling back.

Oh, it's a cat. An odd one at that, judging by the two small horns on its head.]

Ugh, I feel like I've been in a coma... [And it just talked too.

Oblivious to the SFC recording the odd cat walks back over to the bed he fell out of and reaches up with a paw to drag a pillow off and onto the floor.

So that he may crawl back on top of it and curl up for another nap. What a cat.]

[Shiro has actually never seen Night in kitty form, so his first thought is that it's not Night, but Kuro there.

Curious, Shiro goes over to where Night is to peek in and see what is going on in there.]

Kuro?

Mhm... [He lifts his head when Shiro pokes his head inside, tail just barely moving out of sheer laziness.

Oh, it's just him. Why were they looking for Kuro?] Sorry, he ain't in here.

[Shiro furrows his brows at that. If this cat-demon isn't Kuro, then who is it?

Thinking back, though, the voice is familiar. He has to think about it for a moment before he remembers where he heard it before.]

...Night?

[He knew Night was a demon, but he didn't know Night could turn into a cat.]

[Damn it, old man you keep talking and he can't fall back asleep--

He stretches out and yawns again.] Yeah! That's me. What's up? [It doesn't hit him yet, still in a sleep fog, that Shiro has never seen his cat form so this could be surprising to him. Whoops.]

It's nothing, you just looked like Kuro over the network.

[of course, looking now, he doesn't look that much like Kuro. The horns, the tail, they're different.]

You might want to get up though, you've been asleep for the better part of three weeks.

So I've been told. [Rin thought the same too, at first.]

... Eh? [That makes him perk up.] What- No way! It's only been a few hours...!

It's March third today. What day did you go to sleep?

February tenth... [Just before Valentine's Day. Shit, did he miss that?

Well now he's completely awake and a little stunned.] I heard 'bout stuff like this happening I just... didn't know it could happen to me too.

[He's crouching down by Night so he can reach over and give him ear scritches. Kuro loved those so clearly all cats do right?]

Well now you know, hmm? But don't worry, you didn't miss anything too exciting.

[Just everyone having fail!valentines day and Stein punching a deer to death.]

[That is stereotyping...! But still right on target. Cue purring.]

I doubt that. There's always something happening around here.

[psh, all kitties love the ear scritches.]

Well, the new arrivals are showing up.

I think he's having trouble getting used to seeing me around again. Besides that, though, he's doing fine.
