[Zelda turns on the feed, looking worn. She's covered up the red around her eyes with makeup (though not all that well), and she's avoiding looking directly at the camera.]

Some of you may have had your houses broken into on the night of the New Year's party. I apologize deeply for the behavior of the man who did it, he is from my world.

I need your help. Anyone's help, really. That man is a magical construct created by my worst enemy. I estimate that he was created a short while ago, no more than a year's time. If his master were present I would say that he is a puppet and needs to be disposed of, but his continued existence without Ganondorf here to maintain the spell suggests that he has a consciousness of his own. I don't know for certain what his intentions are, but a preliminary scan showed that he has little to no direction.

[She puts her head in her hands.]

He is currently convinced that he is Link...

[She can't go on. She turns off the feed, but she'll answer anyone who calls her. Really, anyone. She's completely at a loss for what to do.]

If you wish for one to consider what you have to say, then you should make the best first impression possible. What kind of first impression do you intend to make with inadequate makeup like that?

[She's just going to stare for a moment. He seems very passionate about it, doesn't he? If he doesn't answer her next question properly, he's going to get a scolding.]

If you consider makeup that important, do you wear it yourself?

[He wears lip balm and takes proper care of his skin, though he wouldn't go so far to wear eyeshadow or nude lipstick. Pointing out that he wears clear polish on his nails will earn a very tsun response.]

Should that have any bearing on it? If it is such a necessity, then it should be worn regardless of gender. I personally do not wear it usually, but as you so kindly pointed out, I wished to conceal the redness around my eyes so that I did not alarm anyone. I am terribly sorry that my attempts have offended your sensibilities.

[Of course she's not really sorry. She wants to smack him a good one, but being angry feels so much better than being upset and she's not about to cut the conversation short.]

Makeup is a plaything for women. Wouldn't you say that a proper man has no place with it?

A proper man? Where I am from, makeup is simply a way to alter your appearance. I suppose that more women are interested in it than men are for the most part, but I fail to see how a man using cosmetics is improper.

[She pauses.]

Garishly bright makeup is improper for anyone, of course.

Hmph... Your world is an exception.

[He looks away, though. He can't stay completely angry at her when it's makeup.]
