[ The past day or so has been busy for the Professor. Ever since the island have changed she's been awake and about studying the "new environment" on the island and gathering as much detail as possible. If you've been on the island lately you might have heard some laughing in the distance a few times. Quite possibly it could have been her.

But alas, everyone must sleep sometime and she's included. Finally deciding to take a break from her discoveries and what might call exploring she settles down in a place where she can sleep. Setting everything aside she gets comfortable unknowing what exactly what was to come in the dreams ahead. ]

( Dream One - Not exactly the best thing to dream in Vatheon )

[ She wakes up in a daze. Great. She was trying to take care of her phobia so she can at least travel to the bubble for places such as the library but right now the thought of doing so seems to be non-existent. She sighs. Even if the dream turns out not too bad in the end the beginning was enough. Not noticing that the Dreamberry is on she turns over as she makes an attempt to get a better sleep. ]

[Akihiko sits up, he's on the couch in the Volo dorms, having fallen asleep there. He blinks and looks around - naturally taking a glance downward, just in case that redheaded girl happened to still be there. She disappeared with the dream, which is quickly fading from his memory. He frowns and reaches for the Dreamberry on the coffee table, reaching around to scratch the back of his head as he looks onto the screen.]

What a weird dream...

*Selphie's looking a little weary. It's very late when she makes the post, the room around her dark. Tired eyes blink into the SFC, and she makes a small pleading nod*

*She rubs a fist into her eye, giving a slight shake of her head. Yeah, she's tired, and she's so fed up of seeing all these so-called dreams*

[My... my? Where has Aradia been all this time? Sleeping, of course. She had been out for a good time now, and it was her turn to come back for at least a little bit.

... It always seems to happen every few months or so. Yeeep. ]

[Oh... her sleepcoma had been going so well, too. The dream fades away as she wakes with a loud gasp, just staring for a moment, then curling the blankets around her closer. Ugh, that was not the way she wished to wake up, even if she felt... oddly well-rested. She had only been out for a small nap, right? Hm. She was just completely out of it at this point, finally sitting up and staring down at the Dreamberry, wiping her eyes with her sleeve. What... is this thing. And apparently it's on? Hm.]

That was a terrible nap.

[Ioder's dream has him tossing and turning, whining in his sleep and broken in to a cold sweat. When he wakes it's with a loud, frightful cry and a jerk that sends him off the bed and on to the floor, tangled in the blankets. His communicator falls with him, and he's unaware of it being on or it's presence beside him. The angle is off enough that his face can't be seen, but that doesn't hide the sobbing that comes from him as he curls up on the floor and buries his face in his arms.]

[OOC: Ioder will recognize people from the bubble, however anyone that does step through the dream will be the one yanking him back away from the collapsing building, and will basically be taking the place of Flynn Scifo (yes, armor and all - but that's about it. Your character is still themselves, for all intents and purposes) for the duration of the dream. Anyone who just contacts him will get responses once he's woken up.]

[Mitsuhide's dream is filled with fire.]

[Traditional Japanese buildings surround anyone who find themselves in said dream, apparently burning, though they remain intact and undamaged somehow. Both within these buildings and outside of them soldiers are fighting; for the most part their faces are oddly blurred, but their armour is distinct, as are the banners some of them bear.]

[Anyone with a passing knowledge of Japanese history might recognise the crests those banners bear; they are the symbols of the Akechi, Chōsokabe or Oda clans. It's obvious that the former two are fighting men of the latter. Only the Akechi banners show any symptoms of being affected by the flames; they are scorched at the edges, and, perhaps, somewhat faded?]

[Somewhere amongst the buildings, and at the heart of the dream, there is a duel going on.]

[There's a flash of fire that quickly resolves into a person -- a man, dressed in white and red with long brown hair. He stands there for a moment while a 14-year-old Ky runs through sword forms. The man with the brown hair eventually snorts and speaks.]

You done yet, kid?

[Ky nods, raising his sword to the sky to send lightning through his body up in an arc towards the man, who simply stands there, waiting for it--]

[Ky, adult now, again, takes a seat in a minimally adorned office that makes up for a lack of decoration with stacks of paper and two beautiful teacups. He pours tea from a pot into both of them, and then offers one out.]

If you want milk or sugar they're on the tray. I appreciate you coming by. We need to talk about the flower arrangements and what you expect the ostriches to eat. They've vetoed the idea of Stilton.

[This dreamscape is oddly peaceful. In this lush and remote paradise, strange creatures mill about the edge of a sparkling lake or take up perch in the nearby trees. Some gather berries from the branches and bushes, others enjoy basking in the bright sunlight, and a few dutifully watch as their young ones splash playfully in the shallows.]

[What one may notice is the lack of people. There is nothing to suggest that any type of ‘humanoid’ life was ever established here, or that any have ever visited. It is pristine. Untouched. It is ever guarded by towering cliffs, inhospitable weather, and the fiercely territorial natives.]

[And above all, it is protected under his watchful eye. No one will be allowed to desecrate this place again.]

[But then he suddenly finds himself staring at the ceiling of the apartment he lives in. He sits up with a slight frown as he looks around, before giving what sounds like a small sigh of disappointment. Seems like he hasn't noticed just yet that the new dreamberries have recorded that dream of his...]
