Hello. For those of you who do not know me, I am Heavy Weapons Guy. No, that is not real name and no I will not tell you it. Is classified.

[A shrug from the giant man.]

Anyway, name is not important. What is important is that city has become more and more dangerous as time passes. Is not good. From posts on tiny starfish, already at least one person has died.

Therefore, I would like to propose idea. I have knowledge of gun use as well as boxing skills, so I could help with some sort of self defense and gun use. That way, at least no one would be helpless against attacks against city and attacks from other residents. Shooting range and boxing ring is inside base, so I will give directions at end of message.

Also. RED Base, base I mentioned before, is now fully operational. I will discuss it with comrades, but I heard someone propose safe houses. RED Base should be able to act as one should everything go smoothly.

I think it's a good idea, it's always good to keep the town safe from any threats! We don't want anymore murders, after all, and I'm still a little creeped out that the culprit of the one that did happen is still walking around..

Personally though, I have no experience in boxing or guns. I only fight with my feet.
