[Video]

[Some days this world is kind and fun and Fai feels like he never wants to leave. Other days..it's like this. Days that make the vampire want to run away from his own thoughts and feelings. Days like these are reminders that he isn't meant to feel comfortable or content or happy. He is a twin of misfortune. He has caused pain to many so it is only fair that he feels the same kind of pain. It takes a lot of effort to bring the video up to address the bubble.]

It seems I have inherited a tavern. I don't know if it is permanent or temporary..but I intend to keep a good eye on it. I've worked in it awhile and it isn't the first time I have run a business before but I don't think I really am good at it. But I am going to do my best to make sure this place does well.

[It is fairly obvious that he is currently standing in that tavern. He has found he doesn't have the energy to go back to the house. A house that is going to feel so large and empty. He slowly lowers himself onto a stool and looks around. He wishes he could have at least said goodbye to his fellow sparklepire. This is the second time he has witnessed him leave and he can only hope that perhaps it is just temporary, like last time.]

I'm afraid I don't know much about alcohol though..so if anyone would be willing to help me as far as bar tending, I would appreciate it.

2nd Shot [VIDEO]

[A hand fumbles over the SFC, activating the video by accident. The communicator is lifted, the camera soon focusing on the bleary face of its owner as he tries to discern just what time it is. It’s Yukio, only something’s different... and it’s not just his missing glasses.

Accompanying the three moles he normally has, at least a dozen more have been added with what’s pretty obviously some sort of magic marker. A few of them have even been used to play connect-the-dots, forming a crooked little smiley face on one cheek. Topping it all off is some chickenscratch hiragana on his forehead that, for those familiar with the language, reads “moley four eyes”.

Yukio, oblivious to the recording camera and the new additions to his face, squints down at the device for a few moments before setting it aside, leaving it to record the ceiling of his bedroom while he grabs his glasses and slowly shuffles to the bathroom. Everything is quiet for about thirty seconds... until a short yelp of horror rips through the silence, followed by what might be the sound of one teenaged exorcist stumbling backward through a shower curtain before falling into an empty bathtub.

thirtieth flame: accidental video; | memory and balance are tricky things

[Some one's SFC got bumped when their hand was moving around looking for something on a desk in a bedroom. It turns on, and when the hand moves away it looks like it's Rin, focusing on something in front of him. Pen in one hand, some sort of snack in the other, he's mumbling to himself in between jotting things down.

He's trying to remember things he's forgotten thanks to what happened back home. Shiro has been giving him medicine to help with that, but it's still slow going. And awkward, given that there are still people that know him that he can't remember himself.

A few minutes in to the broadcast he doesn't know he's sending, he grumbles, drops the pen and scratches at his head with a groan.]

Damn it. C'mon, Okumura...

[This is frustrating as hell to him. He's recalling things, bit by bit, but he has no control over what comes back, when, and how much.

Sighing, he leans back in the chair, tilting two feet of it off the ground as he cranes his head back to stare at the ceiling, arms hanging loose at his sides.

And then, suddenly--]

... hey! Uwaah!

[He jerks his head up sharply, but as soon as he does the precarious balance of the chair he was in is compromised. His arms pinwheel, attempting to keep his chair from going backwards, but it doesn't work and he goes crashing to the ground noisily. The SFC rattles and goes flying off the desk, landing on the floor next to Rin who is left groaning, holding his already aching head with both hands.]

Now see, I created these robot puppies for the purpose of giving them to people that are defenseless to adopt--yes, these pups are equipped with weapons, but that is beside the point! What I am wondering is if anyone would be interested in adopting these pups I have right now, or possibly me making more robots. I do not want to pretend I'm a super awesome robot maker or anything, but I know my way around some tech!

[Through luck, Shinjiro had managed to find out it was a certain someone's birthday. Birthdays have never really been important to him. He's been poor all of his life, living off of what the government and eventually part-time jobs provided him. He and his best friend would get cake when they were younger, but that was about it. [Video] When you're gone.

[ The video clicks on accidentally as Sora's walking over to Riku's room in their apartment. He's holding the SFC in his hand and wasn't paying too much attention how he was holding it as he walked which was probably how it turned on. ]

Riku! Hey, Riku I need to ask you something!

[ He walked straight into the room not bothering to knock. It's a sign of how familiar Sora and Riku are with one another, and that the Keybearer has something he wants to do. Like everyone else under the bubble he's under the affects of the curse and he's wanting to tell something to his friend that he's been meaning to say for awhile. ]

Riku?

[ Except there's no one there. Sora pauses and the SFC clatters to the floor to give a worms eye view of Sora who's normally cheery expression has melted away. ]

No...not again...Riku.

[ Sora puts his hand over his heart somehow just knowing that his best friend is gone again from the bubble. It's the little things really. A light left on, something not quite where Riku would have left it had he been there. ]

Riku I...I wanted to tell you...

[ Sora looks down looking as if he's about to cry when he notices the SFC turned on. He reaches down to hurriedly pick it up and turn it off. ]

[When the SFC turns on, Angelo can be seen dressed in a well tailored suit. This is the first time he's done something important, so he wants to make a good impression. Taking a brief moment to clear his throat, he's smiling at the camera. Or at the very least, he's faking that smile. For whose familiar with the accent as well, it will be one of the British/English variety.]

Good day citizens of Vatheon, I have two announcements. The first is an important announcement on behalf of our Golden Victory Host Club. As many of you are aware, our former president Zelos departed and recently returned to the fair city. However despite this situation and prior to Zelos' return to the city, we still made the decision to go forward and change management. The new heads of the host club are the former vice president Peony and I, the great Angelo, am its new vice president. In regards to the rest of the club, no changes will be made and we are in fact looking for more people to stop by. So if you're interested in either stopping by or becoming a member of the club, do feel free to come by or let us know. Furthermore, with the changing of management, any questions about our club can be directed to myself or Peony either by SFC voicemail or in person.

[He keeps up that smile while making the second announcement, even if deep down, this is hurting way more than it should.]

The second announcement is more of a personal one. For those who knew my adopted daughter Ib, I'm afraid to say she's been taken away from the city back to her home. I personally believe she'll be much safer there than here, so I'm glad she was able to make it home. Though I'm sure she will be deeply missed by those who knew her, so please remember her for the time she was here.

[At first, his voice sounds very tired, and he looks more drained than usual. Sleep has been playing hard to get for the last few days.]

It's almost April, isn't it? The kids would be starting school soon, back home.

But a moment later, his tone lightens a bit, like he thought of something humorous.]

It's a little too quiet around here, with the kids on their camping trip. We should throw a party. Maybe a 'hooray we survived another curse' party.

[ The video offers what seems like a first person view of someone stumbling her way through pulling her high heels off, going barefooted rather than squelching her way through every step she took. What was that soft, pale curve blocking most of the screen anyway?

Judging from the way the camera moves, it shouldn't be hard to deduce that she'd tucked the SFC in her bra for a lack of hands to carry everything. Or maybe it is. Either way, she's oblivious and ranting just to herself. ]

[ She had all the things she'd arrived with bundled under her arm already, though she's not entirely sure what she's doing with herself here. There wasn't anything better to do than look around. The video is abruptly covered up by blue fabric and the sound muffled as she hugs the bundle to her chest. ]

Everything finally settles down, I can't just--! Oh no, no, no... Don't I deserve a break?

This could go on for a while, and it does. Nothing but blank blue-black and quiet fussing. ]

[ The SFC is on Yuri's bedside table, and the room is pretty dark, so there isn't much to see. One may be able to see the figure of one (1) Yuri Egin tossing and turning in her bed, though ... eventually, the tossing and turning is accompanied by whimpers and small, pained sounds. The SFC picture is a little lopsided, almost as though during her sleep at one point, she accidentally hit it and turned it on.

From what can be seen, it's fairly obvious that she's having a nightmare of some sort. The tossing and turning doesn't stop for several more minutes, but then, finally, she wakes up with a short shriek.

She sits up, breathing heavily for several moments, looking around to make sure that she's not still having her nightmare ... and then, she pulls her legs to her chest and curls up into a bit of a ball, resting her head on her knees. It's not the first time she's had this nightmare, but it's no less painful every time.

And as she doesn't realize her SFC is on, it just continues to record her as she recovers from yet another one of these damn nightmares ... ]

Bar HOMRA - Coming Soon to a Plaza near you!

Hey. If I haven't met you yet, I'm Izumo Kusanagi. Just got in a week or two ago.

Anyway, I just wanted to let you all know that Bar HOMRA is opening this Friday night. My bar back home's kinda my pride and joy ~~and the boys better be respecting it while I'm stuck here~~, so seeing as everything's free here, I figured I'd open up a secondary location.

Prime location too, right in the center plaza, across from where we all dropped in. Figure everyone could use a drink after the shock of showin' up here.

[ There's a short pause as Izumo shuffles around for a piece of paper he had jotted some notes down on. He holds it up, reading some things off. ]

We'll be open every day from 4 p.m till midnight. 'Cept Fridays and Saturdays where we close at 2 a.m.

Hm. Normally I'd have Happy Hour Monday thru Thursday, five till seven and Ladies Night every Friday, but since none of this is for profit I'll just have to come up with something else to offer any of you beauties stopping in. [ He looks back up to the camera to highlight this point with a charming smile ] I'll think of something, don't worry.

And, I'm hoping to get some musical entertainment in, or something like that, if you all think that'd be nice. My other place just had an old vintage jukebox.
