Hello, Vatheon. I apologize for the sudden announcement; especially since there are likely many newcomers around at the moment, but I ask you all to bear with me. There is reason to believe that there may be something dangerous happening in the city sometime soon. This post is for organizational purposes. I would ask that all speculation and general information still be directed to this post.

Firstly, all of you that are comfortable with your combat skills, I urge you to report to Minato Arisato of the defense force. A disorganized defense is extremely ineffective. Those of you who feel that they cannot fight, please evacuate to the area around the clinic in the event of an attack.

[Zelda holds up a neatly drawn map with optimal routes to the clinic laid out from various locations in Vatheon.]

The clinic and the building right next to it will both have a protective barrier around them. Everyone currently registered as being a foreigner will have no difficulty passing. Do not worry overly much about the registration process, it is automatic. The barrier is of a neutral element and will not cause harm to anyone who takes shelter within it.

Which brings us to the second point. Anyone who considers their primary skill to be either healing - magical or traditional - or barrier magic, please report to myself or Doctor Muraki. I may need help maintaining the barrier, and we are low on healers.

Finally, anyone who considers themselves to be skilled with technology and who has some free time, please contact me privately.

[She pauses for just a moment, not sure if Minato wants her giving out his voicemail... but leaders have to be ready for this sort of thing, and if he's taken on that mantle he'll have to deal with it.]

Someone who works for the city informed the doctor who runs the clinic that he might be seeing a sharp increase in business, soon. It isn't a direct warning, but it is a warning nonetheless.

I require someone skilled in creating and breaking through filters. I need to send a private message, and the more people I have trying to break through the filter beforehand, the more secure we can make it.

We do not know what it may be, only that it's likely coming. It was implied that the clinic would be seeing a lot of business soon. That could also mean a sickness of some sort, but if it is another attack, it's best to be ready.

I see. Would you report to Minato, then? And direct your friend here if they are not comfortable on the field. If they would prefer to fight alongside you, those that can heal during battle are sorely needed. Have them report to Minato as well if that is the case.

If you have actual medical knowledge, your presence in the clinic would be greatly appreciated. Only Doctor Muraki and Medic are actually trained for that sort of thing currently, the rest of us simply know healing magic.
