[Hayner decided it was perfect to go swimming especially since people were no longer acting major odd. That was when he had discovered the man, the boats, and the sand dollars.
After their conversation he decided to go along with it. A boat ride could be awesome!
The first sand dollar he came across surprised him as he picked it up.
He promptly dropped it and his SFC, turning it on.]
Hot! Ouch. [He let out a hiss as he shook his hand. His eyes connected with the SFC and he realized the light was on. Picking it up as he walked closer to the water.]
Did you guys see? There is some guy with boats up here. He’ll let you take it out if you give him a sand dollar. There are some major issues with that. They are –
[BOOM!
That sure was an explosion. The feed is abruptly cut off.]

[Getting sick wasn't a common thing for Rin at all. In his teenage years he of course learned that it was mostly due to his demon heritage. It kept him from contracting most illnesses that plagued humans, and cut anything he did usually catch pretty short. But he was still part human, and it was the human physiology that would eventually cave to things like exhaustion and stress.
And the past few months had been providing plenty of that.
Naturally it would have been the coral that would have helped in the event that sleep didn't, but thanks to everything that had been going on Rin had forgotten to take his usual visit there.
So when Yukio had struck him with the tranquilizers during their argument, that was all it took to shove Rin right in to a coma. And to make matter worse, Yukio did over do it a bit. One is fine, but three? A bit excessive there, little brother.
One would think a coma would be enough to sleep it off, but not this time.
So when Rin wakes up - in the clinic rather than at the Villa - he is not in good shape.
It starts with a groan as the first thing he feels is his temples absolutely pounding. He slides a shaky hand over his face, all of his muscles feeling weighted and aching all over. It's not a pleasant sensation at all, but all of that would have been preferred to what came next.
As soon as he sat up, nausea hit him like a tidal wave crashing down on the rocks. He swallows hard, trying to fight it back, but it doesn't last. Luckily he can see a bathroom door connected to the room he's in, even through blurred vision. He bolts for it, knocking down his SFC from the end table in the process.]

[The first thing anyone is going to see from Rin on the network is his SFC hitting the ground and skidding, giving a lovely view of the darkened ceiling above. There are thudding footsteps retreating from it, and if one were to listen close enough they'd hear the unfortunate noise of some one being very ill in a nearby bathroom.
Eventually it does stop, though it takes quite a few minutes to, and soon enough the communicator is being lifted in shaking hands to show a very unwell Rin Okumura. He's sweaty, pale, and looks like he's going to pass out again at any moment.]
Where... am I... ? Where's Yukio... ? Maka... ? Th' hell is goin' on... ?
[He wants to ask more questions, but instead a groan of pain comes out, and the SFC drops again, turning off.]

| Serph is nowhere to be found. People don't just disappear, ( can you tell its his first time losing someone, vatheon? ) and it's impossible to get answers out of these "locals" or whatever the hell you want to call them! And he wouldn't just die that easily, even he's better than that.
Just because he isn't around though, don't think that means we're defenseless. I'll be taking over as leader in the meantime, so if anyone has any business with the Embryon, you take it up with me. ( look at how he jabs himself in the chest. that means he's serious... )
