I...I need help.

[ A man can be seen kneeling in the plaza, his clothes rumpled as though he had just been running. His expression is both pained and saddened, but he keeps his voice calm.

He needs to say this.]

Some of you may recognize me as Doctor Riffael Raffit. I am Riff Raffit, but...the man known as Riffael is the one who has been terrorizing people for a month.

I am sorry I could not do anything sooner...if I had-

[All the people who had been hurt by his hands..shared hands, but his nonetheless.]

I know what I am saying might not make sense in full but if it helps, if it is easier: I am the one you've been looking for.

[He pauses, eyes closing a moment.]

I have control right now, I won't be moving from this place. I beg of you, someone, come stop him.

Please.

I've recently discovered the clothing here is very different from back in Arcadia. I bought some of my own recently, how strange.

[These devices are like the internet, only a smaller scale, with sometimes even more being shown of people's lives. For now Sarah is sitting in a cafe, drinking a cup of something that it's probably better most people can't smell -- orange juice and ketchup not being the most common combination, even if the locals hadn't blinked -- while she looks at the device, a little irritated when it doesn't let her move back more than a couple of days, to what she'd seen when she first entered.

But people have been here longer than that, she's figured out at least that much from her observations.]

If there were one important thing that you've learned about this place, what would you say it was?

And in general are the connections you've been able to form here different in depth than those you formed where you came from?

[Never mind her, just trying to get people to talk freely about what they're feeling. It seems like a better option than going snooping into random stranger's minds, as tempting as that's been getting. Better to find some outlet before she snaps.]

[ooc: she has a permission post, although it's not relevant at the moment unless you wanted to do action.]

That was just the oddest week. I kept feeling like the locals were talking about me right before I walked into a room. It was just so awkward. I'm glad it's over. I've had enough of it.

On to less oddness, would anyone be up for a card game? Or even a board game?
